Learning a new language is absolutely difficult for us. I have learned a Japanese language for three years now but I still can not communicate fluently.

1. Contact the native speakers of the language you want to learn.
The best way to learn a language is to tell it. Often, language learners spend time studying grammar and vocabulary, instead of training what they have learned. Talking with native speakers of language will motivate you to learn the language, instead of reading a book or looking at a computer screen.

2. Learn the language every day.
Many people claim to have learned a particular language for years, but have not been fluent in the language they studied. It may be that those who study the language over the years only learn it for a few hours a week. If you want to learn a foreign language quickly, for example in a matter of weeks or months, you must commit to learn the language for a few hours a day.

3. Bring a dictionary at all times to save time and avoid frustration.

As soon as you decide to learn a language, buy a language dictionary.

4. Read, write, listen, and watch the media in the language you choose.
Enriching knowledge with language can be done by reading, writing, listening and watching media from your preferred language, just like in your native language.

5. Visit the language of origin of the language if possible.

Of course, visiting the home country of the language can help you learn a language.

Listening to something and then reading that aloud. Also learning about or practicing grammar may be beneficial.

This is a good idea. But to learn and master a new language you should learn vocabulary and create a comfortable environment to practice every day. For example, if you learn english, talk to British and the American. If you study Chinese, talk to Chinese people to learn how to pronounce them.
Similar to Korean, Japanese and German.

I believe the best and easiest way to learn a new language will be to move to the region and find a teacher . but other methods such as buying tapes and cds or books wont be bad
