You have seen the particular transaction and we know what the problem is. For whatever reason the attachment is showing well on one explorer and not currently on the other one, I do not know. Please can you just sort it out? Thank you

Hi All, just now I missed out putting attachment, I transfer 22.5 Waves to deposit in my account.

If it cannot be accepted please just refund me the amount transferred
I tried to enter a ticket at support.tidex.com and I was unable to. I am sorry that I made this mistake.

I can never create any ticket! I am feeling very tired over this episode. I did not know that tidex works this way. I forgot to put my attachment. My mistake first. So I am sorry. Please give me back my Waves. I don't wish to use Tidex anymore.
