You are in a deal, as in you gave him money and he went offline?
Have you paid him anything and he delivered or not?

If you think that person scammed you then go to scam accusation section and start a scam accusation against that person using proper method for to start the accusation.

I saw through Zeelotin profiles..last times post was selling account to the peoples. in other word he/her had a Prime account in here. why don't trying to contact the Admin / staff. i am not sure they can help you to track his/her based on IP address but at least you had try. and next times you had to be more carefully.
