There is no point to take over from a dead coin, it is better to start a new coin. If you really have a lot of picoin on hand, then you can perform swap from picoin to the new coin. At least you have full control on it.

But PI Coin has a huge community. Whenever you start a new coin, you also have to start to build up a new community. And this could take longer than some progresses in coding.

Imagine those who have hoarded lots of picoins, only to see that their only way for controlling the money system disappearing because of lack of  development for the coin.

You're right PiCoin has a huge community supporters, but a ship without a commander at some point will collide with the shore. Would be good if someone from the community will take the lead. The sooner the better.

Fully agree with you statement! So, who of us here in this topic is able to takeover the technical side of the project?

A DEAD COIN ?

I believe this coin will arise. We have a whitepaper which promises innovations not earlier than in a year. There is no dev at least for two month... that's the problem.. or not  Grin

It seems PiCoin is dead. Bad that we couldn't find some devs from that wonderful community who continue with this project...  Undecided

I don't think it is worth it. PiCoin didn't offer anything new from the very beginning.

Yeah, nothing new but the idea and the math behind picoin (using PI for several fundamentals) was nice to see.
But -dead now! Rest in peace!

Since the volume is very low, the pump doesn't mean anything.

Yes, Agreed.

As of Now - Wallet is Syncing, there are many active connections and its staking efficiently.

It's hard to believe after all this hard work, DEV will leave this project, maybe there are working behind the scenes.

Also I am curious to know when we UNLOCK WALLET for staking, what are the possibilities of BOTNET attacks and how much possibility there is that our coins can be stolen..?
