Because all coins were dealt for free, it is not a fraud. However, it is regrettable that the developers disappeared... My only regret is that I invested 0.018 BTC to create a wallet.  How is that possible? Why would creating a wallet cost you money? The only cost is opportunity cost. Since you can only join one bounty campaign at any time. |

I joined picoin from day 1, I watched the process of funding the windows wallet, although I have no idea if the dev cannot compile windows wallet, what is his main role then? |

Nothing happens except that you can't sell your coins. You should be able to withdraw your Picoin in exchange to your wallet. |

It is very unlikely that the developers will return, because the deadline for the airdrop has ended and it's not here. So far I see only one positive point - on this coin I learned the basics of this forum and crypts.
