As you said, devs might have met some accident or he is just too busy.
But if he come back here someday, he will be surprised that this thread is still so active.

It's a shame that the devs abandoned the project. I got a little excited when I saw that it accepts newbies for the campaign only to be deflated when I learned it's dead. Oh well, gotta move on.

That is right. We have to accept the fact that PiCoin is dead.

Exactly with the right TEAM there are no limits. I also think the DEV has done some "good work" and they will return someday to their original plans of "COIN swapping from wallet" which itself which is a great IDEA and possibly the FUTURE..

The  "COIN swapping from wallet" is only an idea so far.

Yea, not a lot but quite some. I like the fact that DEV truthfully admits "2 years" in his Roadmap for the idea he thinks will be the future..!

It's still a huge Gamble, so I only invest which I am OK to loose.
