So it's 3 weeks instead of 4 weeks from previous ICO plan.
Thus we have new bonus model!

I think what he is asking after is the minimum cap and the maximum cap your team is looking to raise. Capping ICO funding has been a normal trend since the DAO fiasco and protect both the investors and the development team also to prevent over capitalisation, why raise money you don't have a concrete plan of how to use it
