What happened:
1xBit closed my account without a reason on Jan, 21th. No legitimation. No explanation. No information. Got no answers on my requests. No e-mails. No help. I have 4.3 BTC on my account.

(Chat) Support can not help me, they're just advising me to forward my issue to the "Security department". I sent several e-mails to security@1x-bit.com and security-en@1xbet.com but have not received an answer until today. They are completely ignoring me.

I sent a few "test/decoy" e-mails from an other e-mail account to security@1x-bit.com and security-en@1xbet.com just to check out if they really process incoming e-mails one by one because that's what the chat operators told me. The result was I received an answer from both of these addresses shortly afterwards.

I described this case already in the 1xBit.com thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1656107.msg17621858#msg17621858
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1656107.msg17640447#msg17640447
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1656107.msg17646380#msg17646380

I also made an official complaint at SBR (sportsbookreview.com)

/ Edit 1: I didn't take the bonus. I do never take a bonus at any sportsbook. At 1xbit I cancelled it right after the registration and it was successfully removed from my account.
Edit 2: I did not use a VPN/VPS/Proxy or something else to hide my IP at any time. I always used my own real IP from Deutsche Telekom.

Today I confronted 1xBit with this scam accusation via e-mail and PM:

Have you ever thought you have a backdoor on your PC ? They are popular with altcoins these days and can hit unsuspecting users, it happened to me with various exchange accounts of mine at the time, I was being remote admin'd by a backdoor trojan that wasn't in a scan (They are getting sneakier) so I wouldn't rule that out.

Sorry, I don't understand what you are trying to tell me. What has a backdoor to do with unreplied e-mails? My 1xbit account was active for 4 weeks. In that time I was losing more bets than I was winning. On January 21 I won 3 BTC with one live soccer match what meant a total account balance of +2.6 BTC and by pure chance the log-in was disabled just one hour after that. Since then I get no answers on my e-mail requests. The user 1xbit.com is online in this forum but doesn't reply to PM's of mine or other users' accusations.

So I don't really get your point.

I mean you were live hacked by shit you downloaded and were cleaned out and the account closed, under the circumstances it is easy to point fingers with suspicions and coincidences, shit if you were live hacking someone and they deposited a large sum of BTC wouldn't you pounce...

I still don't understand what you are talking about. Maybe it is because I'm not a native English speaker, so I have to excuse for that.

The theory that I have been hacked is so weird that I ask myself if you try to throw some smoke grenades to distract attention from the hard facts.

Given that you are part of 1xbit's signature campaign doesn't even strengthen your credibility.

Look up backdoor trojan, remote admin virus, ratloader, coinstealer, they are all remote control viruses that control your computer while you use it, everything you see, do and type is available to them.

If you downloaded any new coins wallets they are probably the culprits as many have been infected in the past few months !

Smoke grenades my ass seems like you know how to speak English considering your Arguments.....

if it's about being hacked then support and security team should have explained it, Also OP account seems to have the same balance -well, until the account was closed-

it's up to 1xbit.com team to explain, regardless of the reason, I think they should've already presented their case - regardless of it being bonus abuse, abnormal ip activity, abuse of games vulnerability etc etc... -- Not making any argument is very bad for the public image IMO.

Good that you mention that because I have forgotten to mention it by myself in the opening post:

- bonus abuse: I didn't take the bonus. I do never take a bonus at any sportsbook. At 1xbit I cancelled it right after the registration and it was successfully removed from my account.

I think Mr.Belligerent is replying which is not relevant to the topic of the OP , OP is telling about the account getting suspended after he won 3 btc bet on sports and what you are telling about hacking virus stealing account details.

First understand for what reason OP has opened this thread, OP is telling of 1xbit suspended his account without giving any reason after he won 3 btc bet, His accusation is that even after giving all details , and sending PM they are not replying him.

This whole thing in this forum with people using signature campaigns is disgusting.
Basically people get paid to spam nonsense.

Say something dumb, then answer 4 times in an attempt to explain it...

So exactly how long has it been since you've messaged them? You messaged them right away on 'January 21st'? Are you 100% certain that they have not given you any answers? If this is the case, then it might be time for me to leave a negative rating to them.

Of course I am sure. I only got answers from the Support but not from Security. Support is not able to do anything in this case and Security is ignoring me since Jan 22 whilst they're answering my decoy e-mails.

So feel free to rate them. I appreciate any support in this case.

They asked me for my account number (stupid answer btw as I told them that I'm not a customer yet).

I am not at my desktop PC right now so I can not provide you with a screenshot. I will make an upload later.

That will do. I have contacted another DT member to review this case. I think this is ripe for a negative rating, but please be patient for a while longer. Hopefully this will be resolved.

Thanks.

It is all newbie accounts making all the scam accusations. Where did they all come from? It is possible that this came from only one group of people who do nothing but to discredit a service here in the forum.

Actually not worth to respond to it but as this accusations against newbies in the 1xbit.com thread came up again and again I would like to let you know that I'm a well-established member at wettforum.info, the biggest German-speaking betting forum in the web, since 2011. My alias is "Lonnie Earl". I edited the signature to prove that it's me:

https://i.imgur.com/x3XqcPZ.png

https://www.wettforum.info/forum/bookie-section/buchmachertests/4587167-1xbit-feedback-thread/page5#post4606583

I never got a ban or any other kind of a penalty there. You can ask Flo, the founder and chief admin, if you want to: https://www.wettforum.info/member/3-flo

The reason why I registered at bitcointalk was that a wettforum member advised us to stick to BCT if we have problems with 1xbit: https://www.wettforum.info/forum/bookie-section/buchmachertests/4587167-1xbit-feedback-thread/page3#post4588733

I never had been in touch with the whole Bitcoin issue before betting. I only bought my first Bitcoins to get ready for betting at 1xbit and other Bitcoin bookies. So this is my first experience with Bitcoin. I got those problems with 1xbit and therefore I registered at BCT.

That's all. No troll. No campaign. No conspiracy.

Just visited the chat to see if there is some new development in that case. Here is the chat history: https://i.imgur.com/6SLSiJb.png

So I sent an e-mail to support. Here is what they answered: https://i.imgur.com/41xGzoO.png

This makes my rating even more justified since it was properly written. Either they are refusing to return this money for whatever reason or they have an extremely incompetent support staff that needs to be fired ASAP.

I know, that in situations like this anger not allow us to be calm. I had many situations like this but with lower amounts.. One thing is sure - situation will be cleared up.

Day 17.

@1xbit.com: Maybe you can make it a bit more transparent and answer me a few questions:

1. Why have you been offline for so long?

2. Why don't you reply on my or other users' PMs?

3. You said "we should spend some more time for investigating this issue". Can you precise "some more time"?

4. What do you think could be a reason for the whole mess? I can understand technical problems but what I absolutely cannot understand is when your Security department is not giving me even one simple answer on a dozen of requests for 17 days. This is unacceptable.

You have to provide me with something. I think you owe me some more information than just saying you need more time.

I think the security guy was supposed to limit you before winning so much, so he messed up his job.
After realising he messed up, he deleted your account to cover his butt.

Worse would be if management / owner is actually involved in this, but i believe in that case they would be answering accusing you of some fictional and dumb violation of the criminally unfair terms and conditions all the bookmakers have, adding at the end something along the lines 'we are criminals and our decision is final'.

I would give you a 1/10 (=90%) odd that you' ll be proved right with your prediction.

Is there any news?
Well, if anyone don't knows, I want to say that they are 1xbet.com in reality, 1xbit is same website, difference is that they accept cryptocurrency as a payment. If you type their website on google, you will see many bad reviews. Sometimes they pay you and sometimes not with very useless explains.

I think you owe me some more information than just saying you need more time.

h4ns, will try to answer all your questions:

1-2. Last weeks we had no acute need to interact with customers here cause we set up qualified live-chat and e-mail support. In Jan-Feb months I received 5 PM's here only and all of them related to your issue. But we will be more watchful by now and later.

3. I hope we will fully clarify this case in a few days.

4. Our security team assuring that you personally and several more customers were informed about sport event result before this event started. As they saying, you and at least 2 more customers (one of them sent me PM besides) placed abnormal high bets on suspicious event. In their view company should not welcome such clients. In a meantime we are agree that considering of this request taking too much time. Sorry for this. We are already took the measures.

You're accusing me that I knew the result before the match? Are you serious? Those are serious allegations against me, you should be careful with such kind of statements.

I explain you why I placed 522 mBTC (which you're grading "abnormal bets") on this match.

This match we are talking about was a friendly soccer match between TuS Koblenz and Turanspor Mannheim. A German 4th tier team vs an 8th tier team. You made totally wrong odds on Koblenz (around 2.00). So I placed 522 mBTC (9x bets with 58 mBTC stake each) on several high odds because I expected a high win. The final result was 4-0. Anybody could expect a win with a 3 or 4+ goals margin easily.

Some other guys placed bets on the same match - so what? Who shouldn't place bets on those totally wrong odds! It was a bookie gift. Free lunch for all!

Is this the legitimation to confiscate all my funds? Seriously?

To put it in a nutshell: You will not give me my money back because you're accusing me of being a match-fixer, the bets were abnormal and other guys placed bets on this match, too. Wow. The same kind of story as we all know from 1xbet: People who have won too much are alleged to be match-fixer, part of a syndicate, holder of multiple accounts or some other kind of bad guys:

http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sports-betting-news/1xbet-player-vs-sportsbook-syndicate-wagering-75108/

http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sports-betting-news/1xbet-accuses-sports-bettor-fraud-confiscates-1200-61076/
...

Everyone who wins too much at 1xbit/1xbet/melbet is a fraudster! What a poor sportsbook you are.

Congrats @antdee: You won your 1/10 prediction:
Quote
i believe in that case they would be answering accusing you of some fictional and dumb violation of the criminally unfair terms and conditions all the bookmakers have, adding at the end something along the lines 'we are criminals and our decision is final'.

So what's next? My money has been confiscated and the decision is final? Who has announced you to be a judge who can confiscate other people's money? I don't mind if you're voiding bets because all sportsbooks do so. But how can you just confiscate the deposited money? There is no legal basis for those actions.

I uploaded a detailed view of the relevant bets so everbody can see what 1xbit understands by "abnormal bets":

https://i.imgur.com/hsUnMlN.png

9x bets with 58 mBTC.

Wow. Has to be match-fixing/syndicate/abnormal betting. 4th tier vs 8th tier. 8th tier is called Kreisliga in Germany, there are only 2 or 3 leagues below that league. They are purely amateur leisure footballers who play football at the end of the working day, doing training two times a week. Koblenz is a professional team, played 2. Bundesliga earlier days. There is a huge gap between those leagues.

So is it abnormal when I'm expecting a blowout in that match and place some bets with only double digit stake on high odds?

I tell you: This is the most normal thing I can imagine. Your bookie just made a huge mistake when he made odds around 2.00 (=50% win probability). In fact they had a 98-99% winning chance.

Who else thinks this kind of betting is "abnormal"? It's just value betting. Is value betting abnormal?

Does value betting authorise the bookies to close player's account and confiscate all his funds deposits included?

When your answer is 'yes' then sports betting does not make any sense at all. Except for the bookies.

When I write 'you' I mean your company as you're representing your company.

So it is not a personal accusation against you but against your company.

I strongly suspect and believe that this "security team" does not exist. This looks like a one-man enterprise, like someone stalling the situation to invite or encourage more people to place funds on that site so he can get the maximum possible bitcoins before doing a full exit.

This does not look like an exit scheme, they are seriously denting their reputation with these sort of baseless accusation against an user who took the opportunity and the delay they take to resolve one issue is just out of the charts. They showed they are really incompetent to solve the issue as they know they messed up the odds and its not the problem of the user for the mess up made by the bookie.

Obviously handling this case has no priority for 1xbit.
The team is incompetent and does not even accept their mess up,you are entitled to win the entire bet and not just the deposit you made.
On a funny note they might be investigating the match rather than looking at their mess up  Cheesy .

Okay, I just don't get the point why investigating on a case that is so simple that it would take an hour to make a decision takes more than 3 weeks for 1xbit. I didn't play much, registered on December 20, placed 20-30 bets and everything was alright until the match Tus Koblenz-Turanspor. I explained why I made those bets (-> big value spot).

More and more people in the 1xbit.com thread are curious about the result of this case. They already consider to stop betting at your site until this case is solved.

Its better for regular players and new players to wait till the issue is solved before making more deposits and bets. Its been 3weeks but still not solved yet, in fact it is only less than 5btc which should not be a big deal for a sportsbook that has great paying signature campaign. Hope this will be solved soon as they have already said "high priority"

Not the perfect solution but at least you unlocked my account and gave me my funds back.

I deleted my negative trust rating and told the relevant users to take you down from SCAM list.

What stays in mind is: In total you voided winnings of 8 BTC (-> Zenit St. Petersburg - Sohar).

So in the end I had no profit at 1xbit. Good deal for you.

This is an unfortunate decision ,what if the match results were the other way round, what if he lost that bet with an upset will you come up with the same decision,if you mess up something, you have to take the responsibility and make sure it never happens again rather than canceling the bet and closing the issue like this.

1xBit.com deserves every bit of negative feedback left.

Sounds like they dont like the odds they offered and now after fucking the OP around for 3 weeks they decide not to pay out.

Investigation summary:

After 3 weeks looking for dirt on you as an excuse not to pay we cant find anything but we have decided just not to pay you anyway because we dont want to.

You can't do more? You owe him 4.3 Bitcoin, that is what he won, doesn't matter if it was a mistake or not, you promised that to him. You have to pay up.
It would be horrific and really bad for the community if a site like this could get away with this kind of bullcrap.

It's literally one of your biggest points;

[1xbit.com is the online sportsbook and casino for the players who likes high odds and lots of wagering options including live betting. The site runs smoothly and is designed to highlight its sportsbook offering.

Now there is a player who won alot with high odds against him, and you decide not to pay him? What are you expecting? If this users would've not posted this you would've not even responded to it. Sad that it took you guys 3 weeks to give this as a response.

@h4ns I'm glad you were able to at least get your original $$ back. I think it was settled in a fair manner if the odds were really that out of wack (even odds for a team that had a 99% chance to win or whatever). However, your wager should have been voided and refunded that day and your account not blocked instead of 3 weeks with a blocked account. That is pretty messed up...

Was the website fine up until that point? Did you ever get successful withdrawals from them?

Yes I made one withdrawal right at the beginning before I placed a bet just to test it out and it worked fine.

I had an issue before where I placed some bets on "Zenit St. Petersburg - Sohar Club" and won around 5 BTC (e.g. a bet with an 135.00 odd). 1xbit voided all the bets because the match was played 2x40 mins instead of 2x45 mins. Actually I had a disadvantage and the bookie had the advantage because the bets I placed were on handicaps, over goals, team goals and so on.

That'd been another 5 BTC + 3 BTC from the other match, so in total they voided winnings of around 8 BTC.

You are right, if you default members do not give him red, I think they won't pay to OP, they deliberately scam people, also there is one more scam accusation: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1780490.0

And fiat bookie 1xbet is scam site as well.

They should double check on any odds they are offering to players to avoid this issue. If they found something wrong with the odds then they can reject the bets placed by players then remove/revise the odds.

Good deal for you.

h4ns, not the perfect at all, i'm agree. But it's the best i can do at the moment, sorry. It's just not in my capacity.
I can say we are working on better solutions for disputable issues. And such cases are rare.

Voiding 8 BTC of winnings by stupid claims by the bookie is just unacceptable ,first they messed up their odds and starts holding peoples account for 3 weeks and come up with an answer that they are voiding the bets  Huh the funny thing is they voided a match that played for 40 minutes instead of 45 minutes and the user was wagging handicap bets,if the players lost their bet what would be the decision by the bookie, how much money have you refunded for the entire match including losses.

Good, that this situation has been resolved, h4ns confirmed that, so case can be considered as closed. Account has been unlocked, but it seems, that the problem has not gone.
I think that everyone is interested in what was the reason for the blockade. Who made the mistake?
Players should know about such things in order to avoid similar situations in the future.

This can never go by as a non-scam.

Even though they have "solved" the issue (which they actually haven't - voiding 8 BTC of winnings) members need to be warned of them and reputation should not be taken down.

It's funny how they voided your 8 BTC winnings because they felt like they made a mistake on their odds.

I'm going to sign up on 1xBit and from now on everytime I go on to lose a bet I'll send their support an e-mail explaining how I feel like the odds were misplaced and those funds need to be returned.

Classic act. You should close.

Do you have relationship with 1Xbet, the famous fiat bookie? Your UI and their UI looks same, I assume you are owned by 1Xbet, if not, maybe you use their casino implementation.
Yeah i just see 1Xbet site looks same maybe the different Xbit just accepting Bitcoin to play in their site.

Exactly. I asked 1xbet support, and got the confirmationn of my question. But i worry more, dare not play here. You know why? 1xbet is notorious of confiscating customers' funds.

Hi people,

On 1xBit.com i have deposited 0.100009602783711847 Ethereum for $45.8 value on Jul-27-2018 02:50:11 PM +UTC over 14 days 10 hrs ago and over 85774 Ethereum block confirmations and still today after having immediately opened a complaint a few hours after my payment, I have not received anything on my account, and the assistance of 1xBit.com keeps repeating me after more than 14 days 10 hrs ago and always with the usual copy and paste of sentences pre-compiled, who are working on it, let's see if they answer here they solve the problem (of course I have screenshots and copies of the email).

In fairness this is my proof of deposit of the ethereum on 1xBit.com:

https://etherscan.io/tx/0x49426a2248edaae5d3eb14c8cdeff0c9ac25a53f7e21863537145e5efc676608

Let's see if they credit my money or if they steal or SCAM them!

Dear 1xBit.com we look forward to hearing from you!
