What is better?  TAAS or ICN?  What are everyone's thoughts?

I invested in both. I think I can answer your question in a few months or a year when I experienced both products for a while.

17 - What’s the difference between TaaS and ICONOMI?

ICONOMI is a great project with a wonderful team. As far as we understand, they are building an investment platform and will also have an open fund for anyone to invest in.
However, ICONOMI and TaaS are not direct competitors because we offer different products and solutions.
1. TaaS is a closed-end fund, meaning it is open for investments exclusively during the ICO. It cannot accept additional investments after its completion.
2. We offer levels of transparency no other finance blockchain project currently can, thanks to Cryptographic Audit (CA) technology that we built. It is a set of complex tools that monitor trading activity and hash data onto a blockchain for anyone to validate. 3. We offer a token, TaaS, that shares 50% of TaaS fund profits every quarter, executed and governed by an Ethereum smart contract. No other project is doing this at the moment.

Will TAAS invest in ICOs as well?  I couldn't quite confirm that.  Also, what is the best way to see what they are invested in now?  Thanks!

An official audit will be deployed in the next days/ week and yes they will invest in icos as well.

As of the value of TaaS, it will only be reflected in a few weeks, early dumpers are.on the go at liqui, and you must anticipated that bounty hunter will also drop their share. If you are lucky you may find a ico price or a little below if you  want to be still in the game.

First payout will happen first of july, and if TaaS is successful, expect an insane TaaS pump before payout
