There are several platforms for emission the tokens. Wings have not started yet, but Waves is quite efficient. Why not choose Waves, and not wait for the launch of Wings. Moreover, it is not clear what bugs will crawl there.

that's because none will ever join to this scammy ICO. i'd be surprise if there are seeing they haven't resolve anything yet form the questions of the users.
this project is too huge to succeed, they won't get paid in the end. there would be no one who would also escrow for this shit!

But I can confirm my identity in many ways =)
For example my Gamerate nickname I use for many years - you can check my old, but still online project http://game-rate.com/en/index.html - as you can easily check in whois, this domain Creation Date: 09-feb-2006 and you can check in internet archive it have same project since it created. Btw this project have GamePoints - currency like crypto before it was even invented, without blockchain of course (I'm not Satoshi Nakamoto, but I too constantly way ahead current time) and base model like now implemented in Steem.

They must be crazy and/or extremely naive. If started now with 1 week duration, it will collect zero BTC from real community. So unless they have known internal investors, I would suggest not to run the pre-ICO that way.

We have some internal investors and planing to deliver prototype regardless of how much we collect on pre-ICO.
Main event will be ICO itself, for which we will make much more preparation and advertising. We even not yet announced software and hardware platform for neuro-tech on which we are working now...
Pre-ICO is just about "testing water" and bonus for early adopters.
