There is hardly where you get free bonus and you can just withdraw it immediately. There is always a condition or two attached to it and the reason is that so that it wont be abused which to me is fair enough since its literally free money. On the other hand, where I will have issues is if condition is if I have to play with my money and I have to still undergo such then all hell might be let loose but that is clearly not the case.

Congrats to get some bug bounty, although it is not much but if you are lucky enough to make some fortune may be you will be able to achieve that wagered amount.
