This is quite an amount of review you made there even with nice recommendations couple with passing it across maturely which is something so scanty around here as the moment one or two difficulties is being faced on a gambling site, the next thing is opening a scam thread even before going through the right channel. I hope the admin can look into this and you will be able to withdraw your funds accordingly.
It's been 24 hours and no response here or on my email. They say it can take up to 48 hours to withdraw, but no communication at all is a bit worrisome. Will give them the benefit of the doubt for now. In case I do get my withdrawal and I can only say they have to improve their communication. Since it is the week end just give the admins a bit of a time and hope their cold wallet is empty and may be so is the delay and i am not sure what the amount you are trying to withdraw, usually they are active most of the days and the support is very much active in this thread as he would answer every query within a day. It's been 3 days without a single reply to my support requests. Exceeded their 48 hour withdrawal time by over 30 hours now. If it isn't a scam, it's horrible customer support.

I know there is really no explanation to give someone whose money is trapped somewhere in a site but I would just enjoin you to give more time for op to be active as he has been offline since on the 6th and dont forget that gambling sites coming up might actually be run by one person in which the moment he is not available then things are put on hold. Kindly exercise patience and let him come online to respond.

Hi, m19. Sorry for so long response. Temporally (few days), we don't withdrawal big amount due to some problem with the transaction fee on our btc processing gate. Sorry again for that, our clients! We are trying hard to fix this issue. Thank you for the response. I'm totally fine with doing it in tranches if needed.

Maybe it is good time already for you to open a scam accusation against this site, ignoring you and not processing your withdrawal for 4 days is not acceptable. At least they should reply to your message and give an ETA on when they process your withdrawal.

We are trying hard to fix this issue. I would suggest people to wait for this to resolve before depositing. When both owner and the person having problems confirm it is solved we can breath easily again and deposit to gamble again. Until then this smells a bit fishy and dangerous to play during an issue like this. I like to suggest admin to resolve issues as early as possible to keep the bitfortune's reputation at good level before it is getting late.

I don't know what's happening with the management but hopefully, they will resolve this ASAP. It is not good for a gambling site to hold withdrawals of its customers.

I agree , Holding the withdrawals of the players can cause the untrusting on you gambling site, The players will be also scared in playing again on this gambling site. Resolving your problems asap and making the withdrawal available again , You can possibly gain back the trust of your players. Hope that your problem will resolve soon.

We are trying hard to fix this issue. Once you noticed the issue of your btc processing gate, did you inform all your players that it may affect withdrawals? If no, then I can say that you are not a professional gambling site. You should care about your players in any cases, dont make your players waiting for their money for too long time.

Well, "issue with processing gate" is a very weak excuse. My support tickets are still being ignored, BitFortune is completely ignoring the conversation in this thread while in the meanwhile still promoting new slots. I'll give it today and then I'll open a scam accusation. in the meanwhile, I still recommended no one to deposit money

Hi, m19. Sorry for so long response. Temporally (few days), we don't withdrawal big amount due to some problem with the transaction fee on our btc processing gate. Sorry again for that, our clients! We are trying hard to fix this issue. Shouldn't you have access to your own hot wallet, and therefore be able to send funds manually? Considering he's a somewhat big player, you should send his withdraw manually with a high fee anyway, or even with a lower fee and have him use ViaBTC Accelerator to get it confirmed. It's been 3 days without a single reply to my support requests. Exceeded their 48 hour withdrawal time by over 30 hours now.

It was planned beforehand to run the campaign for a month as a test, so it is unrelated to m19 not being able to get his withdraw. I currently have ~0.07 BTC of the campaign's funds left, which is supposed to go to BitFortune.io but I'll wait till you get your withdraw before sending it to them. If they end up not paying, I'll send it to you. Not a huge amount compared to the 4 BTC, but it's better than nothing ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

SCAM SITE
see how they are now avoiding you hoping you will just give up. Maybe they will pay you to lure more people in but that is not likely. Reminds me of BTC casino. There should be no wait time for withdrawals other than to check that they were legit wins. This place is lame.

This is ridiculous, this requirement is designed to make players lose their deposited money. It should be highlighted on the main page of the site, otherwise players will feel be trapped if they did not know about it before they make deposit. Much more better, this requirement should be removed.
We accept 1 confirmation for deposits, so yes – you must play a little bit due to higher risk of fraud. It's common practice for BTC gambling sites. Common practice for btc gambling sites? Can you give me a list of those btc gambling sites that has the same rules/terms with yours in which players need to wager 3x of their deposit before they are able to withdraw? The bottom line is this casino is underfunded. It needs funding so therefore these type of terms are added. It wouldn't surprise me that the owner of this casino is the same as FUN-CASINO. IMHO, I would avoid this one for the time being. I said this in Feb. I think i'm right on this one. I been online gambling since 1998. I am pretty good at spotting rogues!

Also the reason I never accept any deposit bonuses on any sites. Probably highly increased my chance of winning, and now I won, they try to avoid payout.
