only my deposit that visible on my balance , if i'm deposit mBTC 61 it should show mBTC 91.5
and when i tried some softswiss slot its using my main balance
thats why i'm assuming bonus is not automaticly added

I am using Opera and whenever i click a game it shows that you have to install flash and takes me to adobes site,i am now installing from the link provided and let me see what the result is.

Edit:it says i have to update my flash player and downloading is going on.

You can try it on other casinos if you want to try and if this site do not want to add the fun mode feature. I think I may have posted about this in the past but I want to make a suggestion regarding your support ticket. As of the moment, there's no way to check the status of the user's open ticket. Sure. For now you can logout and play all games with demo mode. Yes, we will add demo mode for logged users in the near future.

Sure. For now you can logout and play all games with demo mode. Yes, we will add demo mode for logged users in the near future.

It's been 24 hours and no response here or on my email. They say it can take up to 48 hours to withdraw, but no communication at all is a bit worrisome.
Will give them the benefit of the doubt for now. In case I do get my withdrawal and I can only say they have to improve their communication.

Since it is the week end just give the admins a bit of a time and hope their cold wallet is empty and may be so is the delay and i am not sure what the amount you are trying to withdraw,usually they are active most of the days and the support is very much active in this thread as he would answer every query within a day.
