According to the Cointelegraph twitter poll, about a third of the respondents believe that the Bitcoin price will reach $1,500 this month.

Two thirds saying that something won't happen usually means that one third will say that it will happen if there are only two possible choices, indeed

well, that's very good information, and maybe it can make us become better at withstanding, or save bitcoin we get. I also believe that it will happen, so for now, it might be better if we increase our ability to search for bitcoin, such as investment or trading.

Yes, if etf get approved then we can see paid investments into bitcoin and exponential growth in bitocin price levels. I just wonder why just up to 50%, I mean bitcoin prices may get doubled. We can not predict how much impact it will bring. Already bitcoin prices are sustaining and trading near $1050 levels, easily it may reach $2000 levels on any positive news.

i wanted to say the exact same thing here
without news like this, nothing else has changed! so the way price goes up shouldn't change either. there are the same number of investors and the same number of new investors that are coming in because of the rise itself.
in other words if we are to see $1500 in a month there should either be a hype big enough to help a pump or have some real adoption with big news to see a rally.

bitcoin price raising fast but this is inversely proportional with confirmation of transactions because it was very low in these few days however next peak $1500 might be still possible within a month but only if this rally still continue

There has been a lot of talk and no action on this front. The price might go up by a lot more than 25% if the ETF does receive approval.
Forbes calculated that ~$300Mn could flow into the ETF in a week's time. US exchanges might not have the liquidity to handle that kind of inflow.

Don't get your hopes high just yet. It is more likely that SEC won't approve the Winklevoss ETF in 2017.
They don't need to give us a serious reason, they could just say it is risky business and markets is not ready for it.
IMO probability that will see positive SEC's reaction this time is less than 30%

Too many reasons that SEC could make to refuse ETF and Spencer Bogart who previously stated he thought the chances of approval for the Bitcoin ETF were “less than 25 percent,” . So, I agree that we suppose to not expecting so much. But it will be great if Winklevoss Bitcoin ETF get approval, is it could reach $2000 in a month? Let's see how is it going whether get approval or denied first.

Well, you're right. but the high increase actually occurs in January. may be a very high increase will also happen this month or next month. nothing is impossible if it is bitcoin, bitcoin all users know about it.

I wouldn't think much about this because it is just a poll that we don't know who exactly and how these answer has a basement that bitcoin price will be increased to $1500 by the end of this month which for me seems unrealistic but who wouldn't like to see bitcoin rising?

I'm sure that this is cause by Chinest investor interest on bitcoin in massive amount which interest many new potential bitcoin investor !
If this keep continue, there is no doubt that bitcoin will reach higher popularity around the world

If you are looking for a dip to buy Bitcoin, you should first decide how much of a dip you are willing to wait off. I think the current prices are pretty depressed due to the Chinese news, and buying now might be a good idea.

Indeed, this news will really bring in a great hype to Bitcoin.  Sec approving ETF for Bitcoin will surely remove the doubts of those half hearted investors, and the hesitant one   New funds not of ETF will also come in if this is approved.
