In this case

Side Advertising(Competitor + Personal MSG + Newbie Code)

means that to get payment for "Side Advertising" you must meet three conditions:
1 - "Competitor" - You must be a member of the campaign
2 - "Personal MSG" - You must post personal message of campaign
3 - "Newbie Code" - You must post Newbie BBCode for this campaign

What news you are looking for, the problems on bitvest sign campaign are late post count and a bit late payment because the manager (izanagi) need to wait the funds from Lightlord before he can pay the participants. At least they always pay as it should be.
