Because he doesnt follow lock-step what the Hodl herd wants, and has the discipline to change views (even if short-term) after trial and error ? Im glad i dont follow your pack, or any pack for that matter, it's a liberating feeling

Yeh, yeh we've heard it a zillion times...buy, buy, buy....cheap, cheap, cheap...any coin is a cheap coin...it could be at 10K and bultards would be saying it's cheap. Fortunately, i was canny enough to block out the snake oil pitches, and get out at 600-950 after buying in at 125.

I consider anything below $1000 to be pretty good value.. but of course it is all relative.  Who would buy a BTC at $1000, if they are on sale for $458-ish.. while supplies last?


Also, if you are out of BTC and you are NOT convinced, then why you hanging out here?  You want to save some of us from ourselves, or do you have some kind of vested interest to hang around  these parts?

60% out. The other 40 dont plan on touching til the next bubble, which i'll be selling for a few thousand a peice when all the snake oil salesmen come out of the woodwork again screaming Hodl Going to mars.

Then again, im a long-term pessimist, i expect to get burnt holding coins at some point. There might not be another bubble.

Gents not sure if this has been asked here (certainly not recently I think) but what do guys think the price will do when the last bitcoin is mined?

Just imagine if we were all looking forward to Monday's headlines

This last data point was not too bad (S = 0.0038, W = 0.745), and almost aligned with the previous two points. Therefore it seemed appropriate to use again a straight trend line, defined by least squares on the last three Slumber points - namely, A + B*(d-d0) where d-d0 is the number of days since Apr/03, A = 2667.94, B = 68.82.

The Bitstamp prediction, as usual, is the Huobi prediction divided by the currency conversion factor R, which was assumed to be 6.17 CNY/USD (it was 6.20, 6.13, 5.96 at the last three Slumber Times).
