As for the ATM, seems silly. Just run a currency exchange kiosk and sell BTC. These machines look expensive as hell and things break.

I think they are great. Will make bitcoin available to average Joe.

They are less expensive than most miners:

5000$

Feel like this could get out of control running north pretty quick (possibly).  Volume has been pretty low though/non existent at times.   Early week is bound to be interesting.

Just saw end of World Series game 3 (I'm a Cards fan)...   Holy shit, what a final play (bottom of the 9th)!  Anyone catch it?

http://stlouis.cardinals.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?c_id=stl&content_id=31185453&topic_id=28898650

Love it. Being a Jays fan, I usually root for whichever AL team is in the WS (this year I would have preferred the Tigers) but there's absolutely no way I'll ever support that worthless bunch of scumbags, the Blosux, perhaps the most hated team in MLB.

The look on the face of the rodent, Pedroiaphile was priceless.

Game 1 was the aberration. Hopefully the Cards will win it at home.

I know man.  Craziness... almost shit my pants watching that live.

Next game starts in... 30 minutes.

Yes but it does give bitcoin a physical presence out there in the real world.

Why does a non physical currency need a physical presence? Seems like more astroturfing for Bitcoin to me, it certainly isn't serving any serious market demand.

Might as well ask: Why does love need sex?

No hormones and neurotransmitters (for love/sex).

I hope people don't get off on their gold. Makes me think twice about buying any of them Cheesy

Why does math need engineering?
But you are right, we need Bitcoin Gold Specie too.
Like the virtual dollars used to have silver and gold pieces, back when it worked.

For what it's worth: I hope people don't get off on ATMs as well.
