Self-Custody is a right. Say no to "non-custodial"

Not really. If you change only width (or only height) you will never change the aspect ratio. The image scales both dimensions even if you only specify one. It's only when you use both that you can mess it up.
Yes, you are  absolutely  right..
We are still on same point though, i was telling him to always use width as it  hadles the initial aspect ratio automatically.. i only suggest him to use height along if the image looks distorted or too long..
The image itself is using the aspect ratio 2:1 ...
Me setting the height to 200 made slight change it was supposed to be 175 to maintain the aspect ratio.
So width(350px) == width(350px)/height(175px) -> to maintain  2:1 AR

You should ONLY use width or height (not both), unless you are purposefully wanting to distort the image.

If you place ONLY one or the other, then the forum software will automatically keep the original aspect ratio of the image.

Sure, there could be times that you want to purposefully distort the image, but most times you are better off only picking one, and then picking a size that helps to make your point.  Usually if there are words in the image, I try to make it large enough that the letters are readable, but sure sometimes there may be reasons to make the image larger or to make it smaller.

You are interpreting my funzie comment using logic. I'm going to be a party poop and say that, when it comes to Bitcoin, I don't really believe anything other than "given sufficient time, it's going up," which is really a paraphrase of Saylor's "it's going up forever, Laura!" In that sense, betting on a specific date for the price to exceed a specific value doesn't make much sense to me.

I can understand your 60/40 choice, given the long sideways streaks we've been observing lately. But the bull in me wants it to be higher. Like 100/0, LOL!
I felt obligated to take the other side of that bet, especially given the odds.  I couldn't help my lil selfie.
There only two three certainties in life, death, taxes and losing your bet with JayJuanGee

Hahahahahaha.

I recall losing and paying a 100 to 1 odds bet last year (April-ish).  So I end up paying tertius993 0.0001 BTC, which he was wagering 0.01 BTC...

These influencers are paid handsomely by Theymos for staying active in the forum and bringing more important persons into the forum, too. Although Theymos would not want to make it open to the forum, who these members are. [REDACTED] might be one of them, another member I think, is an influencer in the forum, is JayJuanGee. His knowledge of Bitcoin is beyond comprehension. There could be more of them, but whatever, only Theymos knows, as you rightly said.
HEY
JJG!
yer FaMoUs!
I will have to take a look at that thread. It seems that the "influencer" description is being misapplied.. yet I might have to learn what is an influencer.... even if I would initially deny being an influencer on my first impression of the idea. .

I had thought that influencer would be more fitting for a person pumping shitcoins.. yet I can see that the concept of influencer could potentially be understood in tae bitcoin context for folks who might have business interests in bitcoin, but then they would be pumping their interests rather than bitcoin, even though some bitcoin businesses seem to try to set up their businesses to align with bitcoin's success.

Also it is frequently asserted that bitcoin does not have a marketing team, or at least the marketing team is voluntary and largely unpaid, even though some of us bitcoin holders might consider that we might be indirectly advantaged in our bitcoin investment by greater adoption of bitcoin and greater understanding (and awareness) of bitcoin...  I will have to think about it and look at that thread to see what is being said about the influencer ideas.
Sorry to drag your attention, but I noticed I was quoted here earlier. I just wanted to clarify something I said before. I hope I didn’t offend you by calling you an influencer? I meant it in a good way, you’ve shared so much knowledge about Bitcoin with forum members, and that’s what I was referring to.

Honestly, I see JayJuanGee as an influencer too because he has really shaped my thinking. I understand that people may have different definitions of what an influencer is, and you may have associate it with promoting shitcoins but to the best of my knowledge, this is my definition of an influencer.

Fair enough.  I am still not clear about how much variation that there may be in the use of the term "influencer," so I was largely trying to state that I might not fit such definition... but if you say that your definition of influencer is that "I have learned a lot from such person," then sure, it seems quite possible that I might meet that second definition rather than the definition of someone getting paid to pump some kind of coin or project.   It is difficult to deny getting paid, even though the pay may well just be that any of us who owns bitcoin, we are benefitting from bitcoin being promoted.

HEY
JJG!
yer FaMoUs!
What Agbamoni doesn't know is that Theymos is an elite coder, and JJG is a bot. This was proven beyond reasonable doubt several times.  Tongue
Ooops..I never knew JJG was a bot, as for Theymos I know he can handle complex and ambiguous technical challenges with ease.

If some members tell jokes, then the joke might lose its effectiveness if such members were to admit that they were making a joke.  There are several members who are accused of being bots, yet when push comes to shove, the members who are making the accusations are likely not going to stand behind their assertion about the other members being bots since they are making a point to exaggerate that the accused bot member has "bot-like" qualities, and it is not even necessarily a negative to be referred to as a bot, whether the accusation happens to be true or no.

Maybe I should question you this:

When was the last time that you saw a bot eat a ham sandwich?

In comparison, how about this:

When was the last time that you saw JJG eat a ham sandwich?

Mystery solved, or no?
