This thread is getting a bit heated with religion talks.  Can't we just get back to bashing mentally ill liberals?

I stay neutral and this is not a time to agitate on troubles of mankind!
The price of Bitcoin is taking a bold steps gradually making the dry lands green again.

Good things are happening, the stabilization of the world is a fact and fortunately the war or supposed 3rd world war will no longer happen and wow , it is a great relief:

Russian Crypto Mining Chief: Bitcoin Could Hit $130k Before Summer Is Out

Quote
“The crypto industry remains attractive to market players. In a moderately positive scenario, the price of Bitcoin in the second half of summer could reach an all-time high of $115,000. It could target $130k”.

original from:https://cryptonews.com/news/russian-crypto-mining-chief-bitcoin-could-hit-130k-before-summer-is-out/

Little by little, things are getting better around the world, and this brings peace of mind to everyone For those who were a little afraid, I hope these things give them encouragement BTC is here for a while, and I don't think it's going to go down in price on the contrary.

This statement exceeds my expectations, I think $120k is a good option, but $130k is much more beautiful.

To me this is very surprising. Although Bitcoin had been declared dead the most before 2018, many people are not confident of Bitcoin in 2025.

@sminston_with

Bitcoin has been declared dead publicly 430 times.

At this point - Bitcoin haters - calling it 'Dead' will only make you a statistic.
- - -
The frequency of 'Bitcoin Death Calls' peaked in December 2017, and since then has been exponentially decreasing.

NOTE: It appears that spikes in Death Call frequency tend to indicate BOTH bull run beginnings and endings... this has definitively been an extended crab-crawl, NOT a full bull run. Therefore, the current spike we see points to an actual bull run happening very, very soon.

The long-term pattern - exponentially fewer prominent figures declaring Bitcoin dead - is the pattern I would expect for an asset that is trending towards replacing the dominant, reserve currency... food for thought.

Michael Saylor speech at BitcoinPrague conference (my apologies if someone already posted this-been busy, could not check all posts):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqjOaaAYbk8

in short: $21 mil/btc by 2046, 28.5% average CAGR.
This year he assumes 50-55% gain...so... $140-145K by the EOY.
I can live with that  Cheesy

EDIT: MS showed a variety of accumulation strategies: from a conservative DCA to pretty aggressive leveraging.

Man, I’ve gotta give you credit, everything you said was solid, and it shows you actually understand the space.
Ur point about just because people have heard of Bitcoin doesn’t mean they understand it. There is a big gap between hearing a buzzword and actually doing your homework. A lot of people who can afford to invest simply haven not taken the time to understand why they should.

And you’re spot on about the status quo rich like Saylor, BlackRock, and the rest. These guys are no longer sitting on the sidelines, they’re buying heavy and holding tight. That alone should tell the average person everything they need to know. The rules are changing, and if you don’t move early, you will have to buy later at a much higher cost, if you even can.
I also like what you said about front running institutions. Even just being early by one cycle can give you a massive edge. It is one of those advantages that’s only obvious in hindsight.

On the topic of investing, I know for sure that DCA over time beats trying to time the market, especially for people just getting started. Waiting for the perfect entry usually ends up being a mistake. Most people would be better off just getting started and staying consistent.
And about the cycle talk, we should know the 4 year cycle may not be perfect, but it still helps make sense of the bigger picture.

I do tend to respond to a variety of points, and surely I will frequently be repeating myself.. ..

Usually newbies will get themselves into trouble if they are responding to whole long posts and citing the whole thing... and you might well be better off to cite smaller portions of posts and responding to one or two points at a time so that we can get to know you rather than responding to the whole thing...

We each have our own style.. .. ..

Of course.. you should NOT exercise and adjusting your daily diet to lose weight instead BUY lab made juice first like Ozempic with unpleseant side effects so American fat fcks can maintain an unhealthy diet.

www.medpagetoday.com/cardiology/prevention/116170
I started Mounjaro 5 weeks ago.
In France it is only prescribed by nutrition doctors and diabetes doctors. And is not covered by our health system yet for weight loss (it is for diabetes, but I'm not diabetic). So it's about 350€/month. It might get covered by next year.

I spent 4 days in the hospital to do a battery of tests before getting it, and a diet and exercice is integral to the success, I was told.
Now since the other day, all French doctors can prescribe it, but they should still link it to exercice and changing bad habits.

With that said, these drugs really lower appetite so I can understand how it will work for many people without much effort. My sister has managed to lose a lot of weight on her own without drugs, however she still has massive cravings to the point of getting very cranky about food. She's not considering these drugs but I'm sure they would help her.
In my case it's not really working so far, because my appetite sense was already screwed up, I eat because I like to, not really because I'm hungry. I could go 16 hours without eating without feeling hungry.

But the dose is progressively increased so I have good hopes, and soon I will get 3 weeks in a rehabilitation hospital, to train to cook good meals, do all kinds of sport, etc.
Already what I feel is that if I make too big of a meal I'm a bit sick, like if I had done a very big meal before. For some people that happens after half a meal. It's similar to what people feel who have had their stomach altered surgically, which is what doctors wanted to do to me the last few years, but I always pushed back.

I understand the disdain about fat people, I don't like fat people either, but the easy availability of bad foods that are addictive is an issue to consider, for some people they can consume a bit of these and be fine, for others they get addicted.

I have never put a cigarette in my mouth, maybe I could and wouldn't get addicted, or maybe I would smoke one and get at 2 packs a day in a week, who knows ?

Seems you have a metabolism problem? Like the doctors said you need a better diet and exercise.
Invest in healthy food, eat variated vegetables and fruit. Stop buying soda's like Coca-Cola, Fanta etc, drink only water. Avoid coockies and chips. Replace it with light food low on calories, more protein.

You brain will grave for sugar first 2 weeks after the peak your body  will get used to your new diet. Don't stop, keep consistent, stay strong.
Burn more calorieën than you put in your body. You can even download an app which you track calorie intake which gives you use full insight.

Go exercise at the gym, walk, bike, hike ore swimming.
I have full impacable confidence in you Aesma that you also will see results!

I only use magnesium and creatine as supplements.
Stay in shape requires effort, no pain no gain.

As 44 years old, appearance is natrual musculair with little bit body fat and a modest six-pack.
Photo taken few months ago when celebrating $100,000k BTC in the Maldives.

Surely not easy to diagnose forum members on the thread... but yeah generally food, sleep and activities are the main controllables... and sure, there could be some genetic components that might make some matters stronger.. .. and of course, cravings are not necessarily genetic, since we likely can get into the habit of eating the kinds of foods that contribute towards additional cravings.

I’m just sitting here, content you know content in the knowledge that things are gonna be better. The world can move and do so many things but there is one constant “tick tock another block” and all the stuff that’s going on the good the bad the ugly just drowns out that eternal metronome but it always comes back.

I’m just happy to be alive, all these fuckwits in power across the globe tho be threatening Greyhats peace. Can’t we all just get along ffs.

But who cares time goes by another fucking drama, another shit show another distraction but ultimately tick tock.

In general, in social relationships, you have two choices when facing any type of social conflict, like controversies etc.:

1. getting annoyed
2. trying to understand

If everybody would choose option 2, the world would be about free of drama. It does not mean to avoid conflicts, but how to handle them at a higher level of awareness. EDIT: It's also what separates children from (wo)men, imho.

This said, i like Tick-Tock, but not TikTok  Cool
