Not quite like the weather, they can not make it snow out of the clear blue sky, but they will certainly have some BTC on the exchanges to defend their bets. Volatility will go through the roof. In the long term honey badger don't care, but we will see some spectacular action, that is for sure.

They don't fucking know. These obsolete nation states have no idea what they are doing. If you want to use the money in the system soon, make up some plausible stab at accounting and pay something. It's going to be hard for them to really come down on you if you tried because the rules aren't ready yet. If you don't need the money right away, sit on that paper wallet and don't say a god dammed thing. |

The majority of my gains this year were realized by trading on exchanges (esp altcoins) which probably report to the gov. Im screwed.
If youre just hodling a paper wallet and havent sold you dont owe anything...

Maybe Tera you were trading those assets in your capacity as trustee for the family trust. Suggest you get a good tax accountant. If the Trump Family and the Clinton Family can have a foundation, so can you. |
