No more futures/derivatives trading in several Euro countries.

So far Binance was a rogue exchange operating illegaly. Now the CEO came to the bright conclusion, that if they want to conitue operating, they have to get a licence in each country. I wouldn't be surprised if Binance turns out to be the new Mt Gox. I just wonder what is the IQ score of those traders keeping funds on that exchange. Trading bots there are one big hell of a mess. I really doubt any of these bots can bring a profit for a longer period. Especially judging by the most trades of magnitute 0.00x.  Since the traders realised losses in the last 2 months on all exchanges are above $50 bil, I can only imagine the misery of these n00b traders, esp. in binance.

I don't think they're a mt gox. But, they are certainly dodgy, sort of like bitmex. Definitely can't trust them.

What options do we have then? Specially those outside of US?

Outside of US ? Are you saying that binance will be limited to US Only and won't provide spot trading services in Asia ?
Do you think they will seize their operation in Pakistan and India in near future ?

Weird, yeah, it was just Binance confirming that users have 90 days to close positions as several Euro nations (so far) are demanding no futures/derivatives (for Binance to continue operations in their jurisdictions).

Conclusion: I think that at some point almost all will get infected (in the range of 75-90%) and, hopefully, vaccines would help with reducing mortality and serious effects-that's what the main purposes should be anyway, but people would get upset by the fact that current vaccines (even the best) are not as clear-cut as we all hoped them to be.

Either way we will get herd immunity its just whether we do it the easy or the hard way.

I am not going to proclaim that you took the wrong actions, yet I doubt that anyone should be letting you off so easy as to allow you to proclaim that you get a pass in your critical thinking attempts based merely on age... .

in regards to my response to you, it seems that I was focusing on NOT giving up on critical-thinking and just proclaiming inadequate short-hands... .. but hey.. do what you like, that was my 2 cents in regards to feeling that I need to respond to you.

IOW my demographic has made it unnecessary for me to have to make that choice and I am not sure what choice I would have made if I was in a position to not have to protect myself. I would like to think I would make an altruistic choice but I cannot really be sure now can I. We lie to ourselfs all the time to justify actions that are in our self interest.

I ONLY recently got the vax too, so I am not even suggesting that attempting critical-thinking would cause one outcome or another.

My getting the vax does not cause me some resentment regarding coming across seemingly contradictory information on the topic, and furthermore, I ONLY spent a small amount of time actually reading about the supposed propaganda pieces that are likely short of actual real science.  Maybe some members here gave some better back and forth considerations, but whatever, sometimes personal circumstances are sometimes going to push a guy in one direction or another - in terms of considering how much his life might be inconvenienced by going along and getting along versus engaging in some kind of rebellion or avoidance or some in-between approach to the matter.

Of course, a lot of us already know that we get lied to a lot by the government and also by companies spouting out supposedly objective research results - so of course, those might well be factors to weigh above and beyond merely considering personal health/lifestyle circumstances.

It does feel as if we have a kind of UPpity momentum that could well be disposed to recking a few more shorts (what the heck.. they kind of deserve it after the last couple of months of their mostly getting their way)... but I am still somewhat shell-shocked from the last 2.5 months, so I am a little bit afraid to go towards presuming $50k is in the bag, yet.

    Most of my second-dose side effects are gone now but I still have pain and tenderness at the injection site, a headache, fatigue and I'm also annoying.  Unfortunately, I didn't get the magnetism mod; I'll have to assume my superpower is relative immunity.  I plan to test that by sleeping without wearing a mask and I might even throw caution to the wind and turn off my HEPA filter/humidifier.  What the hell!  I might as well go for the triple play and leave the window open tonight too!  Don't try to talk me out of it; my mind is made up.
