A long stay like this signifies huge movement when it starts.
Reminds me of how long we spent around $23K-$25K  last year
But when it moved we found ourselves around $70K+ and still ongoing.

Yes, I read about it here some time ago. Sad story. I remember at some point he bought a castle, was involved in a strategy game he was developing, and he progressively got insane. Or so I read from comments. I don't know much about him, but he seemed like an intriguing personality, based on reading some of his posts.

Like it was mentioned a few posts back, too much money can lead to losing control if you're not careful. Sad...

yeah...my dubious speculation based on prior numbers gave $216K peak in this cycle ( in one of prior posts), which is MUCH lower than A. Hayes and many others proclaim (typical target is at least 500K, imho).

That said, markets are weird. Nobody had even dreamt of 20K in the spring of 2017 when we dipped from a brief ATH at 1.3K to $800 or so.
Things happen in bitcoinlandia that you won't see elsewhere, that's for sure.
From about 60 to 200 is almost nothing in typical bitcoin %%.
It's a LOT of $$ equivalent, though.

2017 winter and spring was an opportunity to buy into the dips if the guts and spare capital was there.  The clue then was not the peak prices but the lowest prices were ascending, it was stealthy but enough reason to be brave.  BTC always sells off & it'll always be testing people but when it fails to really break new ground lower thats when its going to dig in to gain traction and break upwards I reckon.

Right now, this whole year has been a positive even if we're in a flat spin its still high altitude we're at.   My guess is far more volatility and I presume greater volume, then at last we can do something new.   I would not guess its primed to go straight up immediately.
