Good morning.  About time to hit the gym. Did a crossfit games wod yesterday the Run-Row-Run 4 mile run 3000m row 2 mile run 55.48 ( had a feeling that I could do it a bit faster, but still I was happy with under the hour) |

It is funny that nobody mentioned that about 20 hours ago, Chart Buddy started to post two times per hour, mostly within a few minutes of each other. Really fluffing up his post count for anyone considering trying to catch him. Yeah, i noticed yesterday (because numbers were identical over two consecutive buddy posts) but i thought it was a bug in Buddies guts Richie already became aware of... Didn't consider it worth mentioning, but since you pointed it out: Richie to the rescue!!! Or threaten Chartbuddy with a call to each WO to also double-post until it stops?!  |
