I get nullius-esque vibes but that's about it.

Please elaborate. Nully-esque vibes

It was sitting right there in front of me, I thought what I wrote sounded redundant...

from the negative trust, the negatively trusted guy's posts (while many were deleted by himself), or something else?

just to be clear, I'm referring to the subject of the trust, not the trust leaver. And its in a more broad sense; as a matter of fact its hard to believe they're the same people -- just the same personality type.

Got it. I totally agree, but Nullius hasn't been that violent with offensive words, afair.
But also iirc, he used to stick on someones back for a while if he "didn't like him", deserved or not.

What is the verdict for next week? Price goes up or price goes down? Trading volume is pretty dead.

Later today would show, but for several weeks they use low volume trading on Sunday night to induce a 2K drop.
Will they do it into the Christmas week? Who knows.

https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2025/12/trump-has-intercepted-two-oil-tankers-off-venezuela-this-weekend/

Trump grabbed his second tanker this weekend.

MAKING IT 3 from Venezuela.

I have zero idea if this will raise or lower btc price but it has got to affect the markets.

Hmm let's see how silver opens in a few hours.

Maybe we go,over $70 an Oz.

Still stacking btc

What will be more interesting than the price next week, will be the price the first week or two of 2026 - as sentiment begins for the new year.

Do you have a chart or some visual way that shows this data? If not I will check myself what happened, that is interesting.

Phil - I doubt the seizure of Venezuelan oil tankers by the U.S. will have any affect on our stock markets. It may cause a little volatility in the price of oil, but nothing significant.

Silver opens strong new ath of $67.55

https://silverprice.org/

It is $2170 a key.

All numbers show more uppity for silver
So it may be a reaction to the 3rd mm tanker grabbed.

But also iirc, he used to stick on someones back for a while if he "didn't like him", deserved or not.

Nullius was a good writer (whether bot assisted or not), and he had a lot of good ideas, even in the technical sense, even though he was also strange and went on various tangents including his likelihood of not really coming from strong financial backgrounds and having a lot of privacy and anti-instituional sentiments (which is the opposite of our BTC spot ETF promotor and otherwise sucker of bank dicks).  Nullius could also make some decently good arguments in regards to bitcoin and even throw some poetry into his posts from time to time

even though I think nullius ended up getting wrecked in the 2022 crashening (perhaps liquidated around $25k-ish).. when he was disclosing while under then username deathwish or something like that at the time.... and maybe he learned his lesson about leveraging or whatever it was that he was attempting to do?

What is the verdict for next week? Price goes up or price goes down? Trading volume is pretty dead.
What will be more interesting than the price next week, will be the price the first week or two of 2026 - as sentiment begins for the new year.

Last week of the year (in this case penultimate) has to have some relevance.

Many of us have likely heard about the various option matters holding the price in a range until the 26th... whether that is true or not could be found out around the 26th or at least cause some fake outs, too.

Of course some of us don't really trade  - even though we still likely have some concerns about the extent to which our actual bull market might be actually over or just faked-out over.

Speaking of which 4 sale this weekend

Some over melt/spot

It's kind of fun sell a roll of dimes for $222.22 fees and shipping drop to 190 which is about 2x what I grabbed it for.

I had a lot and still have a good amount. The slower sales have allowed me to slowly raise prices as I sell it.

And  btc is cheap as fuck so it is as if I got more for the silver.

Ie 2000 in sales this weekend get far more in btc then it would  have got in august.

oh 6666 nice

A see something controversial in the charts:

Since Dec 2022 low (3 years):

BCH outperformed Bitcoin during both the last three and one year time frames:

BCH at 97.7 at Dec 2022 low, now 624.12 (up 538.8%)
BCH at 480.65 one year ago, now 624.12 (up 29.84%)

BTC at 15782 at Nov 2022 low, now 87892 (up 456.9%)
BTC at 100070 one year ago, now 87892 (down 12.17%)

My read: there are some parties or a hedge fund (or a multiple of those) that are actively accumulating BCH in the last three years, accelerating in the last year and at the same time the same funds might have been shorting btc (the latter suggestion is a stretch, but could be a logical path).

I can easily see how bch can make itself more "sexy" in the short term...beware.
What would happen to the sentiment in btc if outperformance of bch would increase?
Of course, those bitcoins that were not split since 2017 would get both chains appreciation or the lack of it.

So a shitcoin outperforms Bitcoin in a bull market.... how special  Roll Eyes

And all the other shitcoins that are doing the same... I guess they must be bought by hedge founds too right?

...Only, they are not doing the same, there is no altcoin bull run...at all (as the group, they are scraping the bottom).
The only other coins rallying are supposed "privacy"; you know the names.
Market knows something in my example and I would like to know what it is, fair enough?
Will it continue? Who knows, no prediction here, but it is doubtful.

That is not exactly correct because there are also other examples like Solana. It is much more up than BCH compared to its low price. If you really looked you could find a few more examples. There is nothing special about a random low cap shitcoin like BCH. They can deliver larger percentage returns more easily it means nothing.
