All kids are dead. Me and the wife are it.

Frankly all the btc value and cash value and gear mining Is say low 200's

it is not needed but is the extra we have.

the SSA pensions and 401k are enough. With some left over.

I am not hurting but I certainly am not rich or in a fu status.

Especially since the pensions and SSA are all Uncle Sam driven.

Phil - But think about all that money Uncle Sam's government job paid you, and now in retirement your pension and SSA or maybe both integrated under FERS.

Have you thought about adding some spot BTC ETF in your 401(k) account like many retirees are doing? Cheesy

No I prefer to have some assets purely BTC

her's
------
House----- the wife's
401k------- the wife's all USA bonds her choice

our's
-----
bank accounts we both have them

mine
------
BTC
mining gear
copper - gone
silver - a bit left and listed on ebay. silver opens very soon
tiny bit of shit coin under 1% of assets.

...and why we suddenly dropped almost 2K?

Natural buyers and sellers, right?

Right  Cheesy

@Biodom - Coindesk says Bitcoin fell about $2,000 in the past hour due to a sharp wave of selling pressure, likely triggered by large liquidations and profit-taking after its recent rally near $97K. Analysts point to high trading volumes and volatility around resistance levels as the immediate cause. Cascading liquidations with leveraged traders likely being forced out of positions as BTC broke below $94K. That level acted as a trigger point for margin calls, accelerating the decline.

they want powder to buy some silver.

Look for silver to jump bigly in around 1 hour and 45 minutes

say 90.10 to 95.10 boom.

I still say 18 trillion in metals profits (just silver and gold for 2025) will mean cash flow into btc in 2026.

now copper went from 4.25 a pound to 5.68 a pound from jan 1 2025 to jan 1 2026

Right!!!Sales are only happening, because there are buyers buying,
if there were no buyers, sales would not be happening.

Soon he would retract his statement.

You need to keep more up-to-date. That was many hours ago.

Not sure why. Just general hype?

To be clear, Trump could definitely do something that would move the market like this but I don't think people are going to spend 12 hours sitting around thinking it before jumping online to sell or buy. Also, given how things work, such a movement is more likely to precede a Trump announcement.

By the power of Chuba-Duba, I command this mild downward creeping pressure on the price of Bitcoin to cease, and for at least mild to medium uppity to resume!

There, that ought to do it.

Damn you, Chuba-duba! You have failed me again.
