My thanks for birthday wishes.
69 down 69 to go.
now that the silver is gone lets see a switch to btc price.
Maybe 100+ soon
at Lucius
whether that guy was a Nazi or not he has been dismissed. so a minor victory.
My position is sanctuary states like old school salvery are not legal and that Trump should go directly at the leaders that passed those laws and orders.
Until he does that Ice does not belong in any sanctuary state and must only go to none sanctuary states.
such as Texas or Arizona .
As in theory the illegals have zero right there give to them by the non sanctuary states.
I think every sanctuary state should be saying start with Texas and the list of all non sanctuary states and at the same time try each and every governor of a sanctuary state.
That would be quite a bit more legal than the crap in Minnesota.
Alabama {snip} Wyoming
It is possible for a non-sanctuary state to contain sanctuary cities. For example, Alexandria, VA; Memphis, TN; Pittsburgh, PA; and Raleigh, NC are all considered sanctuary cities despite the fact that the states in which they are located are not sanctuary states. New Mexico and Rhode Island are considered sanctuary states by some sources and not by others. They are included here because both have legally declared the state will not honor an ICE detention request without an accompanying warrant. Data shown may change at any time and should not be considered legally authoritative. Potentially impacted parties are encouraged to confirm sanctuary status with local authorities. The term “sanctuary state” is a phrase that takes on different meanings in politically-charged conversations. Members of the Republican party see sanctuary states or sanctuary cities as places where illegal immigrants are protected. On the other hand, the Democratic view of sanctuary states are areas where illegal immigrants are protected from aggressive attempts of deportation.
In general, the term sanctuary state means a state that limits its cooperation with federal immigration enforcement agents as much as possible to protect illegal immigrants that have come to this country to make a living. While some illegal immigrants are protected, those that commit serious crimes are turned over to authorities. Some proponents of sanctuary states and cities believe that the term is misleading, which is why some use the term “safe” to replace sanctuary.
Whether you agree with it or not, the fact remains that there are sanctuary cities and sanctuary states in the United States. This has come to light in recent years, as President Donald Trump has aggressively pushed for the removal of all illegal immigrants. As of early 2019, there are seven sanctuary states, according to the Center for Immigration Studies. Those states are: California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Oregon, and Vermont.

Minnesota is not a sancutary state
but allows cities to be santucary
I think one issue is sanctuary state has become too broad of a term. States that enforce "state and local law enforcement cannot be commandeered for federal law enforcement." in a broad sense are being labeled sanctuary because they refuse to bend over for the Fed. Be careful of the cunts labels or you might get another patriot act that strips your patriotic rights way. It does get gray as it can be nuanced. But time will tell if it gets fixed. I know of a few things politicians get right. The Boardwalk getting rebuilt in Belmar NewJersey [after hurricane Sandy] is an example of how a government should work.

This entire thing is a false flag operation and if you don't agree with the FED seizing military control then your a liberal leftist immigrant protector.

I’m starting to think that possibly Bitcoin could start to move soon. Gold and Silver are getting close to what could be a blow off top.
Stocks are at all time highs and the USD is nosediving. QE lite is beginning to roll, I dunno, it just feels that maybe 126k wasn’t ‘it’.
Maybe, just maybe the four year cycle is dead and when metals and equities have shot their load, liquidity needs somewhere to go to further profit and where better than King Daddy.

Now, I just want you to practice saying four little syllables... Su-per-cy-cle! 😁 But seriously, I do agree with you and I was actually coming here to post about the fact that I'm getting a little twinkly feeling again. I actually think four year cycle will still have some influence. I just don't think it can really overcome the current market conditions. No one knows the future so who knows what's gonna happen? But the chance that Bitcoin is going to rip after gold and silver isn't not only precedented, but I feel like it's a pretty good percentage chance. And if that does happen, I do think it could be the type of bull for the ages. It's good to see you, LFC. I hope that you and your family are doing well.

I actually wanted to share something else with the group. This will not be quite as starry-eyed bullish as my last post, but still good. I think the Bitcoin Matrix is one of the most high-quality, underrated Bitcoin podcasts. The most recent episode has one of my favorite curmudgeons, Dave Collum. He is pretty good at seeing future trends, but he's also kind of a reluctant long-time no-coiner. For at least a decade, he's been making the argument that Bitcoin will be forced to go the way of gold. In other words, paperized by the institutions and then diluted into oblivion, although we're kind of seeing how that's working out for gold. He also spent some time talking fourth turning type stuff, and anyway, it's a pretty interesting episode so far. I'm not that far into it, but I think some of you might like it. https://youtu.be/lTEtbTl_hEc

well silver was all over the place yesterday. 103 to 118 to 103 today it is back to 112. Since all my silver is gone I would prefer it to drift to say 123 in about a week and then slowly sink down to 95-100 around feb 28th or so. The longer its above 110 means the less issue with a return from the eBay sales. Eventually I feel it will settle around 70-85 by may or June. I see a strong push up for BTC heading to July 4th when America celebrated 250th year birthday. Maybe we get a new ATH by then still watching the hashrate which is still interesting as the drop is huge. https://newhedge.io/bitcoin/difficulty-estimatorLatest Block: 934019 (6 minutes ago) Current Pace: 83.5667% (612 / 732.35 expected, 120.35 behind)Previous Difficulty: 146472570619930.8 Current Difficulty: 141668107417558.2 Next Difficulty: between 118417609282748 and 128658860783410 Next Difficulty Change: between -16.4119% and -9.1829% Previous Retarget: last Thursday at 2:29 PM (-3.2801%) Next Retarget (earliest): February 7, 2026 at 12:31 AM (in 10d 7h 58m 8s) Next Retarget (latest): February 8, 2026 at 8:33 AM (in 11d 16h 0m 56s) Projected Epoch Length: between 15d 10h 1m 37s and 16d 18h 4m 25s it is early and Texas may have had a large mine shut down due to storm but a 16% drop is not typical we have been in very long difficulty drop cycle. 5 of six jumps are down and 1 jump was a mere 1 block up. so 12 week down slant which looks to become a 14 week down slant. With the -16 right now. Even though lower hash helps me earn more corn 16% is big . say 0.00111 x 365 =0.405 btc a year would be. 0.405x1.2=0.486 coins earned in a year. Time will tell on this.

Even though he uses a walker to get around his voice is strong and his mind is as sharp as a tack. His computer skills are like he is 31 years old. Amazing man...and a great friend.

Too much happening IRL, can't keep up, skimming through the posts...
Destroyed a $1500 phone today. A good lesson not to get too attached to gadgets. Fuck it, will get another one (with fiat, won't be touching my BTC!).
