 Wait, what?  Say it ain't so... Bitcoin custodians are taking some of your corn on a regular basis?  If they "hodl" it (in your best interests of course) long enough, you'll have nothing left!  That's crazy - why would anyone use them for long term hodling?

No. No, I am quite familiar with the way he speaks and what he says.  He gets under a lot of people's skin. He tends to challenge anything he sees as outside of...  optimal.  If you take him too personally, he'll drive you crazy. But if you actually pay attention to what he's saying he's often making a fairly good point.

And you and he seem to enjoy something in common.  You like to poke a hornets nest when you see it.

On another topic, I imagine you are a ham based on your CW there. I don't know. Perhaps you just are fascinated with Morse code, but it would make more sense that you have been someone who enjoys that hobby?

@cAPSLOCK - Yes, a hobby for many years in NC (which you know about)! A related conversation led to me posting a picture of my Ham radio station equipment and antenna and tower, and a homebrew linear RF amplifier I designed and built - that is when JJG, OOM and OgNasty jumped me and said I was lying. Only philipma1957 believed me, and maybe xhomerx10, Hueristic and Ricky was also convinced I was telling the truth, the best I recall - but JJG was a real scumbag, asshole...

I honestly couldn't understand a number of members here would treat someone so badly, but I learned that most anything here goes and moderators (if there are any) don't give a shit about the piss-poor reputation of bitcointalk members... They obviously just say, fuck it, I don't care...

Don't do it anymore where you live now?  I keep a radio in my truck to talk on the relays from time to time.  Talk to somebody in Antarctica once. Ironically, my longest distance conversation took place on two meters.

No, I sold all my Ham radio equipment - I'm still licensed, but I'm a 4 now living in 5 land and not active anymore. That's nice about the Two meter rig in your truck. Two Meter repeaters are still somewhat popular. I operated mainly on 20Meters SSB & CW, 75Meters SSB (to ragchew with friends) and 40Meters CW. I won a number of DX contests, including the 40 meter CW Worldwide contest.

I told the story here about me helping our local radio club (W4NC) install a Two Meter repeater antenna at 150 feet level on the side of a tower on top of Sauratown Mountain north of W-S, and I was called a liar about that too... Nice welcome for someone just trying to make friends - huh?  

I haven't even been keeping up with the sunspot cycle I've been out of it so long.

The loss would be official in the event that the BTC price on Bitstamp does not go above $126,272 at the stroke of midnight April 1 - .. which I am trying to say that if between March 31 at 23:59, and April 1, at 00:00, we have not seen a new ATH on Bitstamp, then I will have to cry over my spilt milk and fork over 100k sats to LFC.

 

JJG odds are not very much in favour of you and seems like you have to hand over 0.001 BTC to LFC.

You will notice my emotions begin to get a little more twitchy at certain stages of the supposed four year cycle. I expect around late 2028 to Q2 2029 you will see me getting increasingly annoyed at corrections and pauses in uppity. At that point you can assume I am relatively low in fiat and needing Bitcoin to pump. But hopefully 2029 is a real year of up only and you just see me shit posting and dropping memes. That way you can assume that I am doing well and dumping fat bags haha.
