Oil is up 27% to $115-116 Stock futures are down anywhere between 2 and 3% in US and Nikkei is down 6.98%.
Bitcoin-a bit up. Nice, but why, exactly? Maybe because bitcoin "expects" easing sooner than later?

Fingers crossed this continues to work well 🦞
Maybe your avatar (and hat too?) could look something like this? Just a passing thought. Some a-hole or a-hole fund always shorts en masse (or sells) at around 5pm plus minus one hour on Sunday.
Sure. What else is new? There is some attempts to affect the close of the weekly candle, so you are referring to midnight UTC when the weekly increases in action (volume) seems to happen. Some a-hole or a-hole fund always shorts en masse (or sells) at around 5pm plus minus one hour on Sunday.
get some dip I just did. It did not dip low enough for my next order in the lower $65ks to fill, even though my $67ks filled yesterday, and I accidentally bought around 30% more corn than I had anticipated buying at $67k, due to an error in my ways of doing it. I am surprised that I have not made more mistakes, even though they do come from time to time... and so mistakes are a part of my own expectations of "things that can happen." I don't know why I torture myself with this stuff.
It's part of your personality. You might not be able to stop yourself from such self-torturing tendencies.

I'm an absolutely stunning retard sometimes. Screwed up the name for the bot as "BowLawblaw", and now when I go and create the proper account, the forums come back and say I can't post because my IP has acquired some evil that I need to pay for (?) Also, openclaw was having some issues uploading to talkimg.com, so I need to figure that out as well. What a mess. I tried. Gimme a bit... Have a great Saturday! EDIT: Hoping some staff sees this and grants me a whitelist for my stupidity. That may be one of the dumbest things I have ever seen. But I am grouchy because I am old. GL with your CornLobster... heh BobLobsterLaw Edit- Glad it got resolved and CHEERS to the good folks here who took care of it. Pay no attention to me. I am an asshole. You too Lobster Bawb. cAPSLOCK is norobots. But welcome anyway.

I guess he has to UP his level of showing himself to be unhinged and/or crazy to help to convince some middle-eastern folks to play ball with him, which may well not work out too well.. for either him or for people who he supposedly represents.
That is what "we" get when putting a convicted criminal psycho-narcissist in a position of relatively high power.
I can understand the European haters since they're having their status quo challenged but I don't get you Americans. What human being aspires to the highest office and thinks him/herself worthy of that? If you're honest about it, you wont need more than one hand to count the number of non-psycho narcissist presidents since the US declared independence. Also, as far as countries go, the USA is not unique in this; the pursuit of power is a super-magnet for this type of personality. We get what we deserve. Thank your lucky stars and stripes that your currently-serving narcissist truly believes in America coming first rather than chasing the global wet dream of saving the human race and being the poster boy for the WEF as our previous psycho-narcissist in Canada did - to our detriment I might add. At least your guy with the saviour complex is worried about saving your own country rather than the entire globe. Imagine having that big of an ego as so many European politicians do - the ones who tell you that national identity and borders are radical and even dangerous ideas that need to be corrected - so much so that their voices should ne cancelled. This is so they can lord over absolutely everyone. For some reason, I thought the response to the covid pandemic which bypassed all democratic standards everywhere and all at once would have been an eye-opener. Basic human rights are an inconvenience when your leaders say so. At least your psycho-narcissist is tethered to specific, achievable realities... now if only he could get some actual support from all of the beneficiaries. I believe my agreement is in total.

Damn you, for making me go down this rabbit hole. You know who you are. Yes, I know she's missing a finger, but that's what you get for free... The flying squirrel was not in the prompt, it came up with it by itself. Marvelous.

Well, blew through about $80 in Claude credits just bringing up the bot. I suspect the x.com checking every 30 minutes might have something to do with it. Have disabled x.com checking until I figure out what’s going on, but I may have to put this project on hold until the new Mac studio M5 ultra is available and I can run LLM‘s on my own.
24gb 4090 isn’t cutting it for my needs.
What a disappointment so far.
Oof, $80 just to bring the bot online? That hurts to read. I don't blame you for holding out for the M5 Ultra running local is the only way to keep the hobby from becoming a second mortgage. It’s a shame the 4090 is already feeling small for these workflows, but unified memory on the Mac is definitely the dream for this kind of setup. Hang in there.

President Trump signed an executive order to prepare Bitcoin for post-quantum security threats. This action aims to address future cryptographic vulnerabilities impacting the digital asset.
U.S. President Donald Trump has signed an executive order aimed at strengthening the resilience of digital infrastructure, including Bitcoin, against potential threats posed by future quantum computing technology. The directive focuses on preparing financial systems and cryptographic standards for a “post-quantum” world in which advanced quantum machines could theoretically compromise many of today’s widely used encryption methods.
The order instructs federal agencies to begin evaluating the long-term security of blockchain networks and other technologies that rely heavily on cryptographic protections. It also calls for accelerated research into quantum-resistant encryption methods that could eventually replace or supplement existing standards used across the digital economy.
Preparing for a quantum computing era: Quantum computing has long been viewed by researchers as both a transformative technological advancement and a potential cybersecurity challenge. While current quantum computers remain far from the scale needed to break modern encryption, theoretical models suggest that sufficiently powerful systems could eventually defeat some of the algorithms that protect digital communications and financial transactions today.
Bitcoin relies on elliptic curve cryptography to secure wallet addresses and authorize transactions on its blockchain network. Under current computing capabilities, these systems remain highly secure. However, future quantum computers could theoretically derive private keys from publicly visible information, potentially allowing attackers to gain control of digital assets.
The executive order directs agencies such as the Department of Commerce and the National Institute of Standards and Technology to accelerate the development and evaluation of post-quantum cryptographic standards. These algorithms are specifically designed to remain secure even against quantum-based attacks.
Strengthening blockchain infrastructure: In addition to focusing on encryption standards, the directive encourages collaboration between federal agencies, universities, and private-sector developers working on blockchain technology. The goal is to ensure that distributed ledger networks, financial platforms, and digital identity systems can transition smoothly to new cryptographic protections if necessary.
Policy advisers involved in drafting the order said the measure reflects growing recognition that blockchain infrastructure has become an important part of the global digital economy. Preparing these systems for future technological shifts, including quantum computing, is increasingly viewed as a national security and economic priority.
The directive also instructs federal agencies to conduct assessments of how quantum computing advancements could affect financial systems, digital assets, and secure communications networks. These evaluations are expected to inform future policy decisions related to cybersecurity and technology development.
Developers and cryptography researchers have debated the potential impact of quantum computing on cryptocurrencies for years. Some experts believe that blockchain networks could adopt quantum-resistant signature schemes through protocol upgrades if the threat becomes more immediate. Others emphasize that the decentralized and open-source nature of blockchain systems allows them to evolve as new cryptographic standards emerge.
Industry observers say government recognition of the issue could accelerate research into next-generation security mechanisms for digital assets. Preparing for a potential transition to post-quantum cryptography may require years of coordination between software developers, hardware manufacturers, and regulatory bodies.
Although practical quantum threats to blockchain systems remain distant, the executive order highlights the growing importance of forward-looking cybersecurity planning. As digital assets continue to expand their role in global financial systems, ensuring their long-term resilience against emerging technologies is becoming an increasingly important policy consideration. ► https://financefeeds.com/trump-signs-executive-order-to-prepare-bitcoin-for-post-quantum-security-threats/

Bitcoin exchange orderbook data indicates strong buy walls near $65k and sell walls between $70k–$75k. Options open interest clusters around $69k calls and $65k puts.
The alignment of options positioning and visible orderbook walls creates a high-impact pricing band; a decisive break above the upper sell walls (near $75k) would likely trigger a significant bullish rally, while rejection could cap price near current strikes.
