Bitcoin's ability to hold at close to $71k mark is pretty special given the failed negotiations with Iran. I think BTC is being used as a hedge of sorts against the potential for more conflict or likely oil supply shocks with the Strait of Hormuz blockade. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out...

I'm Looking forward to seeing Iranian gun boats in the Strait of Hormuz with some IRGC onboard blown to smithereens as they attempt to fight the U.S. military.

It should be fun to watch those stupid dickheads blown to their paradise for the promise of 72 virgins!    What a bunch of idiots!



There are a lot of oil tankers at anchor waiting to pass through the strait. So sad the U.K. pansy-ass leadership is too chicken shit to help open the strait. Maybe the U.K. will buy oil from the U.S. to keep their country people from bitching about super high energy prices!  Why should I care about any of those NATO countries!

A day or two ago we were at $73k+, and just $7k these days is nothing considering 5-10% in either direction is something that can happen at any time. What we've been seeing for a few weeks now is that the price drops every weekend, and then rises slightly during the week. Someone blamed the guys with the paper bitcoins - and if anyone has to be blamed, it should be them

By the way, it is said that two presidents shed a tear tonight/this morning because they lost an ally in Hungary - the vice president didn't help either with his performances the past days.

The U.S. begins the blockade of Iranian ports and coastal areas at 10 am ET.

Key Details of the Blockade Scope:

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) is specifically targeting vessels entering or departing Iranian ports.

Transit Rules: Ships traveling between non-Iranian ports are currently still permitted to transit the strait. However, the U.S. has warned it will interdict any vessel in international waters found to have paid "tolls" to Iran.

Military Action: The U.S. Navy has also begun mine-clearing operations in the waterway and has been authorized to use force against any Iranian interference.

Oil prices have surged with some reports showing barrels trading above $140 as maritime traffic through the region has ground to a near-halt.

U.K. Prime Minister PUSSY Keir Starmer has stated that Britain will not support the blockade, citing a desire to avoid being further "dragged into the war." Meanwhile, France and the U.K. are reportedly planning a separate multinational conference to restore general freedom of navigation in the area.

Iran has responded by claiming "full control" of the strait and warning that any foreign military presence will receive a "forceful response." That'll be fun to watch!!!
