I am pretty sure that I just read the first book with that title, but it had several short stories afair.
I thought that i still have it in my personal library, but I couldn't find it now, so maybe I got it from the public library.

Yes, that's probably where I first picked him up. I'm a big fan of short stories and anthologies. I used to go to the school library on breaks when I could and read the Space anthology books. I should see if I can locate e-book versions of those oldies.

No e-books but the originals are apparently vintage and running around $50.

Who is a Billionaire?🤔

None of them. A billionaire's time is too expensive to spend it posing for a stock photo that tests people's biases.

Some of the makers of the accessories worn could be billionaires. 1 - Rolex (maybe not)? 4 - Eliantte?

I think I've heard the story behind the maker of the red watch. His name is Richard Mille. He became a billionaire by selling status symbols to millionaires. Just saw a picture of him wearing a pair of scruffy old jeans. Smart guy. He could be 2.

Well I have been hitting tequila to honor Cinco de mayo.

And its 80 proof.

Maybe I hit something a bit  stronger tonight see if we get past 85k

Almost forgot about Cinco de Mayo, an American celebration. Nobody in Mexico cares about a minor defeat of the French except in a small area in northern Mexico.

Enjoy your tequila. You don't need an excuse. Any time will do.

Where I live, it's basically Mexican Fourth of July, but you're right. It's an American holiday.

But we here in the U.S. are very good at taking other cultures and countrys special days and turning them into a day of unabashed drinking. 🤪

Either way, I think this is sometimes the creative problem we face today. And they forget one thing: just like in literature, in film a character can live forever and be portrayed by different people.

So, just like Spider-Man is always the same, no matter who plays him. Or Superman is always the same, no matter who plays him. James Bond - 007 is always the same, no matter who plays him. He can't die, because if he dies, the story ends.

dr who got it right for a loooooong time. different (male white) actors, same role. and they made it work. well till the absolutely horribly done Whittaker (woman) and Gatwa (black) regenerations of late. and it wasnt really the actors i think its they were forced into an impossible role that had way too much cannon in it that they ignored to "make the storys work." dunno if dr who is even on anymore. i stopped watching a couple years ago it was so bad. and im like OG Who fan, saw darn near every episode back in the day. hiding behind the couch.

oh well at least i grew up with honor of seeing the REAL doctor.. William Hartnell

welp heres hoping the best for our man bonds legacy

I know this proves that I'm just old and crumudgeonly, but Tom Baker is Doctor Who, and that's it. There are no others. I'm sure those other shows are interesting and fun to watch and well acted and whatever...  😁

some of the best lines where when the various regerations would meet up together in specials. like how that they all pretty much hated each others doctors.... except  Harnell, they all deferred to his doctor of course.

good times and they didnt take thenselves too seriously.

Gentlemen, here we go again.

Fun fact: mixing red and green gives orange, Bitcoin's color.

Important detail: you need more red than green to make orange. Equal amounts of red and green give yellow.

So I wanted to use this as a way for the sparkle fairy, to learn about her yellow and orange candles that she's been wondering so much about.

But my first attempt at a prompt were underwhelming to say the least. And I'm sad to say that this morning, I just can't be bothered enough to try to refine this to a point where it's actually kind of good.  (kind of seems like not being willing to make microwave popcorn because it takes too long.)

Meh. So I added this:

Code:
Make her and the board look more like something that crazy conspiracy theorists would be raving about?

Lol.

And remember, they lie about yellow!

Very easy!

The iPhone company owner is a billionaire.  Grin
The rest of them are just showing off their assets here, where one seems to be poor in them.
