This sparkle fairy just doesn't know what to do. She's having a hard time with this kind of price action.

I'm eating Takis right now.

Coincidence? What does it mean?

Shit. I'm in love. I need some of that fofcorn.

Is it weird I had no clue what these things were until googled them?

I'm a fofcorn virgin too. Still don't really know what they are...

Edit: just noticed you highlighted Takis too. I know these, and I meant it when I said I was eating them. They are very hot/spicy corn snacks. Similar to Cheetos Flamin' Hot, but with a strong tangy, citrus taste.

I liked the hot and spicy doritoes, better?

Stronger, I think. When I scoop up the crumbles from the bottom of the bag with my tongue, I squint from the intensity.

OK, you talked me into grabbing some, ever try dipping in blue cheese?

I haven't tried to dip them in anything, sounds like a good idea. Will give it a try.

If you like very hot snacks, you'll like the Takis Fuego. It's a special snack because of the strength. Some people can't take it.

Yeah some sales/move were tiny. Under a coin.

Maybe list tx over 100 coins.

Which could be  0 to 1000 plus tx.

I did 3 tx over the lowest one you listed moving from an old trezor to a new one.

Around  0.15  btc they would have been in the top10

And that's too low

Strategy tie. While I may not be thrilled about the company, I respect the orange tie so I figured I would support the cause. You never know when you have to make a court appearance I guess. The first thing that came to mind when I saw it was that it is the wrong color orange, but maybe that’s part of the charm.

And that's too low

Why would they when the lowest of his top 10 was $6.73mil (or 91.66 btc)?
That said...there is an obvious lull (apart from that $433 mil 'whale').
I remember seeing in InvestAnswers youtube vid (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MyxNbLGmXaQ) that the number of whales (>10000btc) dropped in half in the last 5 years or so while the number of Dolphins (100-1000btc) greatly increased. Conclusion: there is a natural and continuous re-distribution of btc, but, interestingly, relatively wealthy people (perhaps with $10-200ml in total capital) emerge as a large accumulator group.

I doubt the validity of saying that 100-1000btc is a mere Dolphin, but i digress.

As Biodom says, min. amount was 91 BTC... Maybe you mixed up amount with fees?

Still, I agree with Bob, it doesn't seem to be contributing something meaningful. Maybe exchange transfers and/or whale shuffling. If you don't know whose coins they are, it doesn't carry much information.

Mmm, now that I see it there too I sort of agree. Reading the feedback from other users too, they seem to not find it super useful either. My suggestion was to add it at the very end of the digest in small-ish text, instead of it's own standalone post (unless you made it that way just to get a feeler for how useful the top 24 whale tx's would be), considering how much space/long of a post the digest takes up anyway. I figured, useful or not, it being at the end there wouldn't be too in the way. Be that as it may, thanks for using my suggestion so fast and seeing how it works out. Super cool of you, Bob. 😃

OT: I dunno, guys, maybe i should stay away from investing...as the current market seems crazy to me or, perhaps, we are experiencing a singularity.
Every day, some gigantic company has a 20-30% stock price increase.

IPOs are lining up at 1.8 tril, followed by a couple of 1-2 tril a pop...
Anthropic just had a private raise of 45bil at 900 bil valuation (maybe selling a bit cheaper than they could have); Open AI raised $122 bil at $850bil valuation recently.
If they raised like this, it is almost guaranteed that they would IPO at 50-100% higher at the minimum.

No small fish could invest in those deals, YET, retail completely ignores certain market areas (like bitcoin) where they could invest at a fair value, but no, they would be chasing openAI/Anthropic at 2 tril and hoping to achieve what, exactly?
A 30% pop during day one of trading?

Don't stay away from investing.  Just don't pick individual stocks if that isn't your thing.  You can invest in 2 ETFs and own pretty much every stock in the world.  Just buy VTI & VXUS.  If you want fixed income investments then add BND, or TIP if you also want inflation protection.  With just 3 ETFs you own almost everything and then you don't have to worry about what individual stocks are doing.  VTI is a core position for my portfolio and while I do own 15 individual stocks (stocks like TSM & PM), the 5 ETFs I own hold a majority of my investment money (VTI, VXUS, BND, SCHD, JEPI).

Thanks...I am familiar with all those and a 3 (or 5) ETF portfolio concepts.
The difficult part is the exchange of stocks (some of which under-performed) into those broad ETFs as it means that I would also give up on a "catchup" situation where prior under-performers snap back.
This does happen with "my" stocks quite a bit.

That said and starting with just cash, what you describe is a long term no-brainer, albeit some pundits dedicate 5-10% to shorter term treasuries vs BND or it could be an add-on.
