With hundreds of law and decisions of abandoned fund laws throughout the world freezing 1 month to see if ANYONE claims lost blocks. It would be getting ahead of the inevitable call to freeze more coins. Especially if a decent amount are moved.right before the freeze. |

Unless I'm missing something, the methodology seems inconsistent. |
