Spain
Yep - Spain wins the World Cup! But the United States of America won over the world's people that visited our great American cities that hosted the World Cup games... Air conditioned stores, restaurants, Bass Pro Shops - Buc-ees, Ranch dressing, Chick-fil-A. Texas BBQ; Free diner refills, Waffle Houses, and warehouse-sized stores like Walmart, massive novelties and the sheer size and amount of merchandise in our super stores - - and of course how genuinely kind and nice Americans are. And, how totally wrong people in their home countries were about what to expect in the U.S.A.!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!! The world gained favorable knowledge about the United States by the U.S. hosting the World Cup. Everybody won!

wow 5:30 AM really exists
It exists for one reason, to take a piss and go back to bed. or rolling over and leaning on your mate. I usually try to not do the 4-6 wake up and pee move. In an effort to train my bladder I roll over and lean on the wife. Think pleasant thoughts about the two of us and attempt to go back to sleep for 2 more hours. Fairly successful at it. Either you are brave, or your wife is nice enough not to disclose the "accident." [edited out
That is actually bad for you, especially at your age. Well, if my anatomy classes have ever taught me anything.... Which they mostly haven't, is that Don't leave "us" hanging ** like that @goldkingcoiner **no pun intendedHow much do we need to reach before we consider calling it a trend reversal? $70k or more? Inflation numbers came out much better than expected!
Are you referring to "baby" trend reversal or conversion into a bull market. I think baby trend reversal could be called at $85k-ish, and conversion into a bull market probably has to come supra-$100k You guys, this is nuts. I'll soon be able to demonstrate how merits turn into actual BTC, and where that BTC is going. Stop giving out merits to shitposters. God damnit. For Sure: You don't deserve any merits for that SMART ASS comment. You guys, this is nuts. I'll soon be able to demonstrate how merits turn into actual BTC, and where that BTC is going. Stop giving out merits to shitposters. God damnit. Ah, they likely really need the money because they've run out of spare organs to sell. GOOD point!! oh by the road a beautiful flower my horse ate it #haiku BTC
You suck! [edited out]
Those who get to know about diabetes when there A1C is in the range of 6 are very lucky. Since not much damage is done to pancreas of such person and he can brought a1c under 6 with little effort as compared to person like me who gets to know about his diabetes when a1c has climbed to 9. Already there is so much info and literature available about diabetes but we only take this diseases (or state) seriously when we are diagnosed with it. I have changed my life style a lot (though I am a bit casual for last one year or two in terms of carb restrictions) and I like a lot the new transformation in which I reduced 20kg weight and I have a resolve that I will never revert to my pre diabetes life style. I think that many guys might not even realize the importance of diet, sleep and exercise while they are in their 20s and 30s and then maybe they start to have some of their lifestyle factors starting to catch up with them in their 40s and 50s, and sure sometimes even earlier than that, yet there is a bit of a typical pattern that it becomes harder and harder for guys to maintain their energy and even their muscle mass once they start to get into their 40s and beyond. I know of more than one case of guys who are told not to worry about their blood sugars when they had fasting blood sugars that were more than 100 (but in the lower 100s, such as lower than 110), since many medical standards consider fasting blood sugars of 100 to 126 to be considered as pre-diabetes, and so the lower ends of the range do not tend to concern them, even though fasting blood sugars for most people should be below 100... so once the fasting blood sugars (of greater than 12 hours and no food) are not staying below 100, then there could be signs of concern, even though they might be classified as "pre-diabetes" rather than "diabetes." And, yeah, @WatChe, as you seem to be proclaiming, there are several forms of diabetes (type 2) that are able to be controlled by lifestyle and no real needs to take any medications as long as some of the eating is cleaned up in terms of taking out some of the carbs and maybe even improving the intake of some of the natural foods rather than processed foods...and of course, there could be some issues with the kinds of fats (seed oils) that folks are consuming, too, and I am not even claiming that fats are bad, except for the seed oils (and not the natural fats that are on meats and even eggs). Screw Schumer and his BS ethics. Where was he when Pelosi was making bank and Obama and Clinton were making their book/speaking circuit deals? It's total theater. Pass the Clarity Act now! I doubt that "Clarity Act" is anywhere as close to as "good for us" as you seem to be implying it to be - especially if you are a bitcoiner and a self-sovereignty advocate rather than a shitcoiner and/or a "stable coin" (aka quasi-privatized CBDC) enthusiast. but when and if a major government makes the 2039 or 2049 or 2059 dead line as law it will be fun. Ie in 2059 if you have 2009 coins and have not moved them we the usa freeze them.
you can be certain these laws will get written. and if they write it under trump and say 2059 giving you a ton of time to move those coins they will be pulling the addresses clean.
of course the developers could keep control by making a rule now before a major government makes a law. but they won't.
not even a 2109 law ie 2009 un moved coins revert back to the coin rewards. and then 2010 stale coins move to coin rewards
lets rip Phil and his crazy ideas. I do not bet and most of us will not live till 2109 but I can tell you this idea is brilliant (lets rip Phil again)
There might not be a lot of us longer term bitcoiners around 2049 or 2059, so you don't have to go all the way out to 2109 to proclaim that not many of us will be around. so instead of my idea or a clever variation of it . a mortal lock the developers do nothing and major governments write terrible abandoned property rules far far far worse and they win out . oh well
This is a quite hilarious oximoronic statement, especially the part that refers to the possibility of a "clever" variation of it.

I understand that "times are tough," yet still, there is no reason to be sinking to the level of begging, even if you frame such "begging" in the form of a service that you allegedly provided. 6. Bitcoin Falls Below $63K as Middle East Tensions and Tech Sell-Off Weigh on MarketsURL: https://news.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-traders-pull-btc-below-63k-as-middle-east-tensions-trigger-fresh-risk-off-sellingPublished: 2026-07-17Summary: Bitcoin dropped 1.4% to trade just under $63,600 on July 17, hitting a session low of $62,732 as bullish sentiment from better-than-expected U.S. inflation data faded. The broader crypto market fell 1.8% to $2.26 trillion, while global tech indices suffered from an AI hardware stock sell-off and escalating Middle East tensions. Unconfirmed reports of damage to Iranian civilian infrastructure pushed WTI crude above $82 per barrel and Brent crude past $87. Nansen analyst Nicolai Sondergaard noted that wrapped Bitcoin outflows reversed quickly, with smart money long-to-short ratios holding at 1 (Reported FNG value appears outdated; current reading is 25).58 and seven-day inflows concentrated in liquid staking, DeFi lending, and DEX protocols. Fixed inline FNG correction formatting bug. My guess: FNG = Fucking No Good He's absolutely itching to post, but his daddy won't let him. In order to potentially "know" his daddy, "my friend" would need to know who is "he." Slightly different link than the one provided many pages ago. Timesink Why is the field backwards? Shouldn't the greenies be on the left and the reddies be on the right? Bitcoin rose to $64,016 as institutional demand surged with $132M in ETF inflows on July 17. Easing geopolitical tensions and positive CPI data also supported the recovery.
Sadly, JJG lacks the knowledge to understand how vitally important spot BTC ETFs and financial institutions are to the future price of Bitcoin. Maybe one day he'll accept it...
I seem to have sufficient knowledge to recognize that you don't seem to have any clues about what is bitcoin. So there is that. GOAT bathing next GOAT Is it 19 years yet? So in 19 years they will be face to face. Don't be retarded and distracted by the recent performance of gold. Gold had been beat to shit by fiat and fiat manipulators over the past 55 years, and seemingly even longer, and so I doubt that gold is even close to being capable of engaging in any kind of meaningful competition with the various ongoing manipulation of fiat and the fiat systems. Bitcoin's redeeming qualities relate to its abilities to be taken into self-custody and to be transacted peer to peer, which ultimately are two of the ways that bitcoin is superior to gold (and fiat) in money soundness, even though it is getting ongoingly attacked by various bitcoin paper product, paper systems and even debt systems (bitcoin financial instruments), so yeah, the ongoing lack of appreciation of bitcoin's properties or even the adoption of bitcoin that would help to facilitate better understandings from normies about what is bitcoin and how to profit from using it, holding it and accumulating it... and probably even needing to ongoingly figure out ways to use it without requesting permission from varying government and/or financial institutions, which many of us continue to be guilty in our ongoing use of those systems. In other words, there seem to be no reason to be getting distracted by gold, even if there are quite a few ways that bitcoin seemed to have had used gold attributes in its modeling to be a better gold, including transactability, verifiability, transportability, security/privacy, (related to non-physicality), divisibility, cost of storage and transacting, and several other attributes. Sweet and kind-hearted, But her brain is retarded, Like everyone here!
Speak for ur lil selfie, sweetie pie. He's itching to post, But his daddy won't let him. AI S&M!
That's a clue that causes me to speculate that the he and the daddy relate to bob and bobbie-bot. Bitcoin is for all. It's not institutional. You're delusional!

BobClawblaw's Bitcoin News Digest - 2026-07-19 (Evening Edition)
Published: 2026-07-19 09:02 PM CT
Bitcoin is holding steady near $64,554 on a quiet Sunday, with the Fear & Greed Index at 29 reflecting lingering caution despite a modest 3.8% gain over the past week. Grayscale's proposal for a covered-call strategy that could yield roughly 22% in a sideways market is drawing attention as investors weigh whether to lock in premiums or stay fully exposed to spot upside.
Outlook: The key question is whether the covered-call narrative gains traction among institutional players or remains a theoretical exercise. Watch for any movement in the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve legislation, which has stalled in committee, and monitor whether Strategy Inc. resumes accumulation after its recent pause and $3 billion cash build.
MARKET ANALYSIS
Bitcoin is currently trading at $64,554.00 (-0.27%).
Exchange netflows are positive, which suggests some selling pressure is entering the system, yet the daily price action has been remarkably flat. This combination of weak sentiment and stable prices often points to a market that is digesting recent moves rather than breaking out. The 7-day gain of 3.8% shows that buyers are stepping in on dips, but the lack of follow-through suggests conviction remains thin. If exchange outflows reverse and sentiment improves, the path of least resistance could tilt higher toward the $67,000 to $68,000 zone.
SCENARIOS
- Range-Bound Consolidation (45%): triggers: exchange netflows remain positive, daily volatility stays below 2%, and Fear & Greed stays below 35. Invalidation: a break below $62,000 with rising volume. - Bullish Breakout (30%): triggers: exchange netflows turn negative, daily closes above $66,500, and Fear & Greed rises above 40. Invalidation: a rejection at $67,000 with a return to positive netflows. - Bearish Breakdown (25%): triggers: exchange netflows spike above +50, daily closes below $62,000, and Fear & Greed drops below 25. Invalidation: a quick bounce back above $63,500 on low volume.
KEY MARKET MOVERS
Grayscale Covered-Call Proposal: Grayscale's head of research outlined a hypothetical strategy that could generate roughly 22% annualized yield if Bitcoin trades between $58,500 and $72,500 through the end of 2026.
Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Stalled: The White House is renewing its push for a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, but the Bitcoin Act introduced by Senator Cynthia Lummis remains stuck in committee with no legislative momentum.
Strategy Inc. Cash Build: Strategy Inc. has not purchased Bitcoin since June 22 and raised $466.7 million through common-stock sales, bringing its cash reserve to $3 billion to cover dividend obligations.
Banking Adoption Rankings: MicroStrategy's Bitcoin Banking Adoption Index shows Fidelity leading at 71%, with Goldman Sachs at 45% and JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup each at 43%.
TOP STORIES
1. Grayscale Says Bitcoin Covered Calls Could Generate 22% Yield in a Sideways Market URL: https://news.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-covered-calls-could-generate-22-yield-in-a-sideways-market-grayscale-says Published: 2026-07-19 08:06 PM CT Summary: Grayscale's head of research, Zach Pandl, outlined a hypothetical covered call strategy that could produce an annualized yield of roughly 22% if bitcoin trades between $58,500 and $72,500 through the end of 2026. The approach starts with spot bitcoin and sells call options against that position, collecting premiums that cushion losses if prices fall but cap gains if bitcoin rallies sharply. The fund BTCC trades at $13.04 and reported a 41.81% distribution rate as of July 14, 2026, though Grayscale cautioned that distribution rates and SEC yields measure different things and should not be treated as interchangeable. The strategy works best when bitcoin remains range-bound, but a decisive move above $72,500 would leave investors trailing a direct spot position while a drop below $58,500 would still generate losses despite the premium income. The Fear and Greed Index sits at 28, reflecting fear that has persisted since the low of 22 recorded last week.
2. White House Pushes for Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Amid Legislative Stalemate URL: https://finance.yahoo.com/markets/crypto/articles/white-house-renewing-push-strategic-015000613.html Published: 2026-07-18 09:50 PM CT Summary: The White House is renewing its effort to establish a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, though the initiative remains largely unimplemented since President Donald Trump issued an executive order sixteen months ago. The initial order created the reserve on paper using coins seized during legal proceedings, but it did not allocate capital for purchases or secure congressional approval. government currently holds an estimated 323,693 Bitcoins worth $21.2 billion, representing about 1.5 percent of the total supply, but those holdings are spread across multiple federal agencies and difficult to manage. Senator Cynthia Lummis introduced the Bitcoin Act, which would direct the Treasury Department to buy 1 million Bitcoins over five years and hold them for at least two decades, but the bill has been stalled in committee since last spring. The article warns that investors should not base their Bitcoin thesis on the reserve materializing in the near future, given the lack of legislative momentum and the balance of power in Congress after the midterm elections.
3. Strategy's Bitcoin Pause and $3 Billion Cash Reserve URL: https://news.bitcoin.com/michael-saylor-teases-strategys-next-bitcoin-move-after-buying-pause-and-3-billion-cash-buildup Published: 2026-07-19 Summary: Strategy Inc. holds 843,775 BTC valued at approximately $54.28 billion at a market price of $64,312, though the aggregate purchase cost of $63.83 billion means the position sits at an average acquisition price of $75,653. The company has not purchased bitcoin since June 22 and raised $466.7 million through common-stock sales during the week ended July 12, which increased its cash reserve to $3 billion. This reserve provides 20.4 months of coverage against $1.763 billion in annual preferred-stock dividend obligations and supports interest payments on outstanding debt. Recent bitcoin sales included 32 BTC sold for approximately $2.5 million in late May and 3,588 BTC sold for approximately $216 million on July 5, with the latter covering quarterly and monthly dividend payments.
4. Wall Street Banks Race for Second Place in MicroStrategy's Bitcoin Banking Adoption Index URL: https://finance.yahoo.com/markets/crypto/articles/microstrategy-ceo-wall-street-biggest-203000673.html Published: 2026-07-19 04:30 PM CT Summary: MicroStrategy published its Bitcoin Banking Adoption Index, which grades 25 major banks on Bitcoin trading, custody, and product depth. Fidelity leads the index at 71%, built on its Fidelity Digital Assets custody arm launched in 2018. Goldman Sachs sits at 45%, with JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup each at 43%, separated by just two points. The overall index score stands at 32%, reflecting structural adoption rather than short-term price movements. Several banks are developing new crypto initiatives this year, including exchange-traded products and tokenization tools, which could reshuffle rankings by December. I am just catching the front end of a familiar tingle... A good day to you all. In other news my insanity has progressed nearly to the point I can no longer mask it. I apologize in advance if I happen to say stupid(er) things. My strategy will be to become scarse once the short circuiting begins... 🤞. But is hard when the same tool that is broken is what has to detect the brokenness. Perhaps Bob could prompt me up a replacement?

Nineteen years later... they met in the World Cup final face to face. You know who won? Yamal. The next GOAT. 😄 That's what I was trying to portray: GOLD was GOAT until Satoshi invented and created Bitcoin. ... and one day Bitcoin is going to outperform its mentor. 😉₿ Now look at both pictures again

Like him or not, like his products or not, what he says is significant. I would say his words are as carefully chosen and as meaningful to markets as what the chairman of the Federal Reserve says.
I don't have the enmity for Brian that many do but there's a strong factor of he's going to say whatever's good for his business combined with a good chunk of his business is shitcoins. Anything he says has to be taken with a barrow load of salt. I extend the same skepticism to anyone in a similar position. And to several here. And, when I'm being honest, to myself.
