5. Is It Too Late to Buy Bitcoin
URL: https://finance.yahoo.com/markets/crypto/articles/too-buy-bitcoin-192700275.html
Published: 2026-07-24 03:27 PM CT
Summary: The article examines whether Bitcoin still has upside after falling from its October 2025 all-time high of $124,773 to around $65,000. It argues that getting rich quick on small investments is no longer realistic given Bitcoin's $1.3 trillion market cap. The piece notes that Bitcoin's supply inflation rate fell below gold's after the April 2024 halving, and ETFs now hold about 6% of all Bitcoin. It compares Bitcoin's market cap to gold's $28 trillion and global real estate's $625 trillion, suggesting room for growth if Bitcoin captures a slice of those stores of value. The author recommends a small allocation that investors can hold through 50% drawdowns without panic-selling.

This was a terrible summary. Working on it. More SEO crap to filter out...

It's never too late to buy Bitcoin... My eye caught this too.

Also, a question mark at the end of the title?

[edited out]

I think that many guys might not even realize the importance of diet, sleep and exercise while they are in their 20s and 30s and then maybe they start to have some of their lifestyle factors starting to catch up with them in their 40s and 50s, and sure sometimes even earlier than that, yet there is a bit of a typical pattern that it becomes harder and harder for guys to maintain their energy and even their muscle mass once they start to get into their 40s and beyond.

This is universally true that people in 20s and 30s don't take health very serious. Those who start taking care of there health once they hit their 40s tend to have less health issues as they grow up, compared to those who still take health for granted. I have people around me of same age as mine and they have no worries with a1c roaming over 8 for years.

Why my last a1c was 5.7 was mainly because of my daily running followed by push ups though I was very careless with my diet. Now I am keeping an eye on my carbs intake.

And, yeah, @WatChe, as you seem to be proclaiming, there are several forms of diabetes (type 2) that are able to be controlled by lifestyle and no real needs to take any medications as long as some of the eating is cleaned up in terms of taking out some of the carbs and maybe even improving the intake of some of the natural foods rather than processed foods...and of course, there could be some issues with the kinds of fats (seed oils) that folks are consuming, too, and I am not even claiming that fats are bad, except for the seed oils (and not the natural fats that are on meats and even eggs).

Generally the more processed a food becomes, the easier it becomes to over consumes it. Like you will rarely eat three whole apples in one sitting but an eight ounce juice you can easily consume. Likewise its difficult to eat three corns on the cobs in one sitting but same quantity of corn pops you can easily eat.

If you are controlling your blood sugar through diet then you have to make sure you eat right and healthy food.

BobClawblaw's Bitcoin News Digest - 2026-07-25 (Late Morning Edition)

Published: 2026-07-25 09:02 AM CT

Saturday's market is grinding sideways near $64,094, with the 24-hour change barely positive at +0.07% and the Fear & Greed Index stuck at 27 for a fourth straight day. The dominant story is Strategy joining BlackRock and Coinbase in the Bitcoin Security Consortium, a $15 million initiative to harden Bitcoin against quantum computing threats - a move that ties the corporate holder more deeply into infrastructure risk management rather than passive accumulation.

Outlook: Watch for whether the consortium's quantum-resistance R&D gains traction as a narrative driver, especially if institutional credibility boosts sentiment. The $225 million ETF outflow on July 24 broke a seven-session inflow streak, so traders should monitor whether next week's flows confirm a shift or prove a one-off blip.

MARKET ANALYSIS

Bitcoin is currently trading at $64,094.00 (+0.07%).

The market is in a mixed state with Bitcoin at $64,094.00, showing a narrow 24-hour gain of 0.07% but a 7-day decline of 1.0%. The Fear & Greed Index at 27 (Fear) reflects cautious sentiment, while Exchange Netflow scores +11 out of 50, indicating moderate inflows that could signal selling pressure. Observation: Price action has been tight over the past week, with the 30-day gain of 7.3% suggesting underlying demand. Interpretation: The combination of Fear sentiment and positive netflow may point to short-term holders reducing exposure, but the lack of a sharp drop implies buyers are absorbing supply. Implication: If netflow turns negative (outflows dominate), it could flip control to bulls, but a sustained move above $65,000 would be needed to confirm a shift.

SCENARIOS

- Range-Bound Consolidation (50%): triggers: Price oscillates between $62,000 and $65,000 with mixed netflow and Fear sentiment persisting. Invalidation: A daily close below $61,500 or above $66,000.
- Bearish Breakdown (30%): triggers: Exchange netflow spikes above +20, pushing price below $62,000 with increased volume. Invalidation: A bounce from $62,000 with declining netflow.
- Bullish Recovery (20%): triggers: Netflow turns negative (outflows) for three consecutive days, and price reclaims $65,500 with rising volume. Invalidation: A failure to hold $64,000 after a breakout attempt.

KEY MARKET MOVERS

- Bitcoin Security Consortium: Strategy joined BlackRock, Coinbase, and others in a $15 million initiative to fund quantum-resistant security research, tying corporate holders to long-term technical risk management.

- Strive's SATA Recovery: Strive's preferred shares rebounded to near $97 from a June low of $83.30, with Samson Mow arguing the recovery signals renewed confidence in Bitcoin treasury preferred-share products.

- Strategy's Metrics Overhaul: Strategy replaced gross bitcoin figures with net equivalents, accounting for $6.8 billion in convertible debt and $15.5 billion in preferred stock, and set a new BTC Breakeven ARR of 3.22%.

- Morgan Stanley ETF Growth: Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin ETF accumulated nearly $400 million in assets since April, with $15.7 million in new cash added this week, though CoinShares' head of research sees no significant upside potential.

TOP STORIES

1. Strategy (MSTR) Joins BlackRock And Coinbase In Bitcoin Security Consortium
URL: https://finance.yahoo.com/markets/crypto/articles/strategy-mstr-joins-blackrock-coinbase-071149112.html
Published: 2026-07-25 03:11 AM CT
Summary: Strategy has joined BlackRock, Coinbase, and other industry players to form the Bitcoin Security Consortium. The consortium is focused on strengthening Bitcoin against potential quantum computing threats. Members have committed a combined US$15 million to support research and development of quantum resistant security measures. The move ties Strategy more closely to Bitcoin infrastructure, positioning it as an active participant in long-term technical risk management rather than a passive holder. Risks include unclear near-term financial benefits and increased exposure to Bitcoin governance disputes, while potential rewards include enhanced institutional credibility and a more risk-aware profile.

2. Bitcoin Continues to Flirt With $64,000 After $225 Million ETF Outflow Rattles Confidence
URL: https://news.bitcoin.com/bitcoin-price-64000-reclaim-july-25-2026
Published: 2026-07-25
Summary: Bitcoin traded near $63,800 after touching a 24-hour low of $63,700, with the Crypto Fear & Greed Index at 27, still in fear territory. Spot bitcoin ETFs recorded $225.18 million in net outflows on July 24, ending a seven-session inflow streak, with Blackrock's IBIT fund accounting for $202.5 million of the redemptions. Ether ETFs moved in the opposite direction that same day, adding $26.3 million and extending their own inflow streak. The asset touched an intraday low near $57,735 on July 1 before rebounding above $60,000, and it climbed as high as roughly $66,872 on July 22. Traders will likely watch whether bitcoin can make a decisive run and hold above $64,000, but fear remains the dominant driver among investors.

3. Strive's SATA Rebounds Toward Par as Samson Mow Says Bitcoin bottom Is In
URL: https://cointelegraph.com/news/strives-sata-recovers-most-of-june-decline-trades-within-3-of-par
Published: 2026-07-24
Summary: Strive's SATA preferred shares have recovered from a June low of $83.30 to about $97, moving within 3% of their $100 par value. The variable-rate perpetual preferred stock is designed to trade near par by adjusting its dividend rate, allowing Strive to raise capital for its Bitcoin treasury without issuing common shares. Strategy's similar STRC product also recovered from the June selloff but still trades below par at around $87. Jan3 CEO Samson Mow said the recovery could signal renewed confidence in preferred-share products used by Bitcoin treasury companies. Mow argued that as SATA returns to par, STRC should follow, adding that companies are capitalized for three or more years of dividend payments and there was no reason to panic.

4. Saylor and team overhaul Strategy's bitcoin metrics as bear market persists
URL: https://www.coindesk.com/markets/2026/07/24/saylor-and-team-overhaul-strategy-s-bitcoin-metrics-as-bear-market-persists
Published: 2026-07-24
Summary: Strategy introduced a new metrics framework that replaces gross bitcoin figures with net equivalents, accounting for preferred stock and convertible debt obligations. The company's net reserve stands at $36.6 billion after subtracting $6.8 billion in out-of-the-money convertible debt and $15.5 billion in notional preferred stock from its bitcoin and cash reserves. The revised mNAV formula permanently sets the equity issuance threshold at 1.0x, meaning share issuance only benefits holders if MSTR trades above that level. A new BTC Breakeven ARR of 3.22% indicates the minimum annual bitcoin appreciation needed for the company to cover interest and preferred dividend obligations indefinitely. Bitcoin trades near $65,000, 50% below its all-time high, while MSTR sits 84% below its November 2024 peak.

5. Morgan Stanley Bitcoin ETF Nearly Notches $400M in Assets
URL: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/news/morgan-stanley-bitcoin-etf-400-million
Published: 2026-07-24
Summary: Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin ETF has accumulated nearly $400 million in assets since its April launch. The fund brought in over $33 million on its first day and now holds $391 million. This week alone, investors added $15.7 million in new cash. Senior Bloomberg Intelligence ETF analyst Eric Balchunas noted the fund is one of the most successful launches this year. European asset management firm CoinShares' head of research, James Butterfill, said they see no significant upside potential from here.

I'm waiting for the outcome of these plaintiffs about Trump and the crypto laws that support him, I think there should be a limit for elected officials in this regard, my view is they can support crypto but should not make it as a scheme for their own profit like what the Trump family does even by Trump himself.

Screw Schumer and his BS ethics.  Where was he when Pelosi was making bank and Obama and Clinton were making their book/speaking circuit deals?  It's total theater.  Pass the Clarity Act now!

Is there any proof that Pelosi was doing something wrong ?

Because for Trump, it's all in the open.
