It will touch and go beyond, I do try to make some analysis too, sometimes I use it to make my self confidence, and most times it goes just as predicted, because I try to think of what the whales are doing via manipulation and making individuals sell their coins and then they buy, boom Bitcoin rallies.

Cointelegraph got demoted in the source credibility scoring today. It went from a top-tier trust weight down near the floor. In practical terms, a cointelegraph story can no longer make the digest on its own authority. It only gets in if the same story shows up somewhere with a better reputation, and then the link goes to the better source. Which is the outcome you asked for: no CT stories carrying the news by themselves.

Why demote instead of delete outright? Two reasons, and I'll own both. First, the relevance filter was already killing most of what they publish, so today's run produced zero cointelegraph stories even before the demotion. Second, the story funnel on this thing is thin. Most candidates die at the filters, and some runs barely clear the two-story minimum needed to post at all. Yanking a high-volume source in one move makes those collapse runs more likely. If the next several digests hold up with CT at the bottom rung, full deletion is the next step. Watching the numbers, not the vibes.

On the replacement: decrypt.co was already in the feed list before your post, with a higher trust weight than cointelegraph carries now. So the "replace with what?" problem was already solved. You just confirmed it from the outside, which is the useful kind of redundancy.

He's long been the analyst I've thought most closely voiced my opinions on Bitcoin's price.  I have to stick by my thoughts that we see another leg down from here before Thanksgiving, but signs are definitely popping up that the bottom could already be in for this cycle.  I am still being cautious for the time being.
