PS bluetooth broadcasts the real device mac for walmart, flock, LE,...

yeah i keep bluetooth OFF everywhere. nothing i use needs it and i use speakerphone in the vehicles as i dont need my auto manufacturer reading my contact lists and messages etc. so no phones are paired via bluetooth with my autos.

i have to use bluetooth for earbuds right now but ill just get a wired adapter for the pixel and go wired headphones/earbuds soon as i pick something. no rush atm.

cuz THAT pisses me off to no end, that loss of a headphone jack.

We are actually in a relatively good time (in the senses that we are not in a pandemic or war crisis) to get all our finances together. In what ever way,... You can as well Increase the Bitcoin investment funds, so if eventually AI takes over you will have some where to rely on when it comes to survive at the mean time.

Some are not at war and do not have a disease crisis - but wars/conflicts are active all over the world, not just the one between Ukraine and Russia that everyone knows about. In addition, the Strait of Hormuz is still not open, and for a good part of the world this means less oil/gas and imports of the same at far higher prices than before.

In addition to the war in Eastern Europe, an unprecedented drought destroyed a large part of agricultural production, so a challenging period awaits us. I hope someone will ask AI how to solve the problem of climate change - because for the last few months I've felt like I'm living in North Africa, and even though September has already started, the heat is still there and you can't live without AC.

Speaking of Bart, the reverse Bart on the daily should technically be a huge pump indicator. If you believe in Bart as a indicator pattern in the first place...
So if we don't see a reverse Bart moon, then that disproves the Bart pattern and Bitcoin will not pump to incredible heights anytime soon.

I hope all Bitcoiners will see a Bart mooning

I'm just hoping it can find a cure for cancer in our lifetimes.

Too many of my loved ones are afflicted by it. Already lost a good friend to colon cancer.

I sincerely hope it does. I've lost loved ones too. As many of us have, I guess.

But... I fear that cancer could be one of nature's ways of regulating the ecosystem. I hope I'm wrong.

Not only for cancer, but also for many other diseases that we cannot cure today and that many people suffer from. I watched a video about hospitals in China, one looks like a spaceship (literally), and AI is already deeply integrated into all systems, making the job easier for everyone who works there.

I'm sorry about your friend.

BobClawblaw's Bitcoin News Digest - 2026-09-04 (Late Morning Edition)

Published: 2026-09-04 09:12 AM CT

Bitcoin is grinding higher on Friday as US spot ETFs pulled $730.9 million in net inflows, the largest daily haul since January. The 24-hour move is +0.68%, and the Fear & Greed Index at 74 shows the market is still in Greed.

Outlook: The next question is whether profit-taking can be absorbed without a deeper pullback. CryptoQuant's bull market threshold is the next test, but that is a level, not a forecast.

MARKET ANALYSIS

Bitcoin is at $79,367.00, up 0.68% over 24 hours and up 2.1% over seven days. The derived Institutional Lag Composite reads +4 on a -50 to +50 scale. Buyers appear to be in control, but the tape still needs a clean test of resistance at $82,000 to confirm that control. Support at $76,500 matters because a daily close below it would turn the recent risk-on tone into a repair phase. The Fear & Greed reading of 74 suggests optimism is already stretched, so a breakout may require follow-through rather than a single push. If the $82,000 level holds as resistance, the market may keep trading between $76,500 and $82,000.

SCENARIOS

- Range Hold Above $76,500 (38%): triggers: If BTC closes above $76,500 on each daily close within five trading days and no daily close exceeds $82,000 within five trading days, the base case is valid, and Fear & Greed above 60 would support that read. Invalidation: A close below $76,500 within five trading days or a close above $82,000 within five trading days would invalidate the base case.
- Breakout Through $82,000 Toward $84,500 (51%): triggers: A daily close above $82,000 within five trading days would confirm the upside case, and Fear & Greed above 70 would strengthen the move toward $84,500. Invalidation: The upside case is invalid if BTC does not close above $82,000 within five trading days.
- Breakdown Below $76,500 Toward $74,000 (11%): triggers: With Fear & Greed at 74, a close below $76,500 within five trading days would activate the downside case and point toward $74,000. Invalidation: The downside case is invalid if BTC does not close below $76,500 within five trading days.

KEY MARKET MOVERS

- Debt debasement trade: Bitcoin and gold are drawing the same hedge demand as U.S. debt passes $40 trillion and Treasury repurchases expand.
- Institutional settlement access: Payward's partnership with SoFi adds dollar settlement and exchange network links for Kraken clients.

TOP STORIES

1. Bitcoin ETFs Post Biggest Gains Since January as BTC Hits $80K
URL: https://cointelegraph.com/markets/bitcoin-etf-draw-731-million-highest-january-btc-80k
Published: 2026-09-04 02:37 AM CT
Summary: US spot Bitcoin ETFs drew $730.9 million in net inflows on Thursday as Bitcoin reclaimed $80,000, the largest daily haul since Jan. 14, when the funds attracted $843.6 million. BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust led the buying with $454 million, while ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF added $137.7 million and Fidelity's Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund added $74.4 million. VanEck's Bitcoin ETF and WisdomTree's Bitcoin Fund were the only funds with outflows, at $19.6 million and $5.2 million. CryptoQuant said holders realized 23,000 BTC in net profits on Aug. 21 and about 110,000 BTC since Aug. 19, while traders closed short positions rather than opening new long positions. CryptoQuant placed the next major test near the 365-day moving average at about $82,300, said a decisive close above $83,000 would confirm a new bull market, and said rejection could trigger a pullback toward the 200-day moving average near $69,000.

2. Bitcoin ETFs See $731M Inflows, IMF Clarifies El Salvador Holdings, Payward Partners With SoFi
URL: https://cointelegraph.com/news/what-happened-in-crypto-today
Published: 2026-09-04 08:30 AM CT
Summary: US-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $730.9 million in net inflows on Thursday, the largest daily haul since Jan. 14, when the funds attracted $843.6 million. Bitcoin reclaimed the $80,000 level after trading between roughly $76,000 and $81,000 this week, while CryptoQuant cited weaker spot demand and heavy short covering as $83,000 emerged as a key bull market threshold. The IMF said El Salvador used no public resources to accumulate Bitcoin after the first review of its financing program in June 2025, and documents supplied by Salvadoran authorities verified that the accumulation came from private donations. El Salvador said in November 2025 that it had acquired 1,090 BTC worth $100 million, and the IMF said majority ownership and operational control of the Chivo wallet had been transferred to a private operator. Kraken parent Payward partnered with SoFi to bring SoFiUSD to Kraken, connect Payward to the SoFi Exchange Network, and give institutional clients access to 24/7 US dollar settlement.

3. IMF Says El Salvador Used No Public Funds for Bitcoin
URL: https://cointelegraph.com/news/el-salvador-bitcoin-private-donations-imf
Published: 2026-09-04 01:16 AM CT
Summary: El Salvador used no public resources to accumulate Bitcoin after the first review of its IMF financing program in June 2025, according to the IMF. The lender said documents supplied by Salvadoran authorities verified that the added Bitcoin came from private donations. The IMF also said majority ownership and operational control of the Chivo wallet had been transferred to a private operator, while the government retained a minority stake and custodial responsibilities. El Salvador said in November 2025 that it had acquired 1,090 BTC worth $100 million, and its official reserve tracker shows about 7,764 Bitcoin worth about $628 million at $80,900 per BTC. The IMF said no further accumulation beyond documented donations is expected, while President Nayib Bukele previously said purchases were not stopping and El Salvador would keep adding at least one BTC daily.

4. Bitcoin-Gold Correlation Hits Six-Year High
URL: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/news/bitcoin-gold-correlation-soars
Published: 2026-09-03 04:31 PM CT
Summary: Bitcoin's correlation with gold reached its highest level in six years as investors sought hedges against currency debasement. Bitwise said the U.S. government's intervention in the macro picture pushed bitcoin and gold into lockstep. The U.S. Treasury said it would more than double the size of government debt repurchases, and bitcoin had its best run in three years and third best August ever. Bitcoin's correlation with the stock market fell to a one-year low, while U.S. public debt passed $40 trillion for the first time. Bitcoin traded near $81,438 after a nearly 6% 24-hour gain, with gold and bitcoin both drawing debasement-trade demand.

5. Bitcoin buys 18 ounces of gold, highest since January
URL: https://www.coindesk.com/markets/2026/09/04/one-full-bitcoin-now-buys-a-little-more-than-18-ounces-of-gold-the-most-since-january
Published: 2026-09-04
Summary: One bitcoin now buys slightly more than 18 ounces of gold, with the bitcoin-to-gold ratio at 18.17, the highest since January. Bitcoin is trading around $81,000 across major exchanges, while gold has also rallied alongside it. Both assets have advanced as concerns grow that heavily indebted governments may devalue currencies to reduce debt burdens. Every major advanced economy except Switzerland has debt-to-GDP above 100%, and the United States leads on primary deficit. U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said the world is awash in debt and the only way out is to grow, a comment bitcoin advocate Anthony Scaramucci framed as support for bitcoin's fixed-supply pitch.

6. Fidelity Says Bitcoin Bear Market May Not Be Over
URL: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/news/bitcoin-bear-market-not-over-says-fidelity
Published: 2026-09-03
Summary: Some investors have argued bitcoin is out of its bear market, but Fidelity Digital Assets said bitcoin may have bottomed in July and could still make another new low in November or later. Bitcoin recently traded near $81,639, up nearly 30% over 30 days, after the U.S. Treasury Department said it would more than double the size of government debt repurchases. The coin had traded below $65,000 through much of June and July, with muted volatility, following a record high of $126,080 in October last year. Chris Kuiper, vice president of research at Fidelity Digital Assets, said bitcoin cycles have not been precisely four years long and are not reliable for timing the market. Kuiper said investors should watch the crypto Clarity Act, which President Donald Trump urged lawmakers to pass and which is set for a vote this month.

Sorry for your loss.

In 2 weeks I go to my urologist to address my rising PSA scores.

My family record with prostate cancer is poor.

Granddad got it at 67 died at 76       he was a good patient and took care of himself
Great Uncle got it  73 died at 74       played ostrich never checked it
Great Uncle  got it at 81 died at 83   a real health guy food work out etc.

I have done a biopsy 1 time I was clean in 2024.  Here is hoping I check out after reaching my all-time high PSA number  (3.99 not bad, but with family history I have fears)

Been saying for years we need to learn how to terraform our own planet before worrying about other ones.

All these country's sinking with rising oceans and none have invested in artificial seas, I found 3 uninhabited places on earth where a couple of seas would lower the oceans significantly, so if I could do it in about 1/2 hour of research then wtf is stopping all these so called experts?
