I do wonder what will happen with the 4,000 BTC that was just hacked from the Lightning Liquid Network.
My apologies. Liquid, not Lightning. A big Lightning hack hasn't happened yet. I imagine that when it does it will be larger than 4,000 BTC. Still can't believe there are people out there who trade LBTC for BTC like they are the same thing, but I digress...
You seem to be just making shit up.
Most people who use lightning treat it more like a hot wallet rather than as a cold-storage wallet, so it seems misleading to suggest that people are treating lightning and onchain bitcoin the same, even though the size of lightning transactions have been going up, yet even if lightning transactions are high, the bitcoin are not tending to be stored on the lightning network in the long term, at least not by an overwhelming majority of lightning users.

I recommend never divulging the methods you decide on unless it is a diversionary tactic, especially on a open forum.
For sure there is a tough balance in determining how much of our (or our hypothetical) security set up is necessary and/or helpful to discuss - especially details.

Cool advise, but there is real nothing anyone can do about it unless they are planning on beating the information of their locations out of him.
Are you presuming that we are safe in regards to our actual location(s)? There may be times in which we are in one location versus another locations, yet there might be times in which we are mostly in one location - do we have "sufficient" security at our current location based on what valuables we have versus what some rando on the interwebs might rightly or wrongly believe us to have?
I do it the traditional way. 24-word seed, specially encoded on paper, laminated and placed in 3 different physical locations.
Using steel or other fire-proof material is nice, but with 3 different physical locations, the probability that all 3 get destroyed is practically zero.
Not everyone has 5 or 6 houses to spread this out.
There are surely a lot of folks who might struggle to have one or two locations in which they believe that they can rest upon the security of that access and to have assurance that certain parts of those locations are not accessed absent their knowledge.
Even in a house there can be all kinds of niche locations, yet the house could burn down, so then a need for a back up location, and even a workplace location, a person could suddenly lose access to some or all of it.
The location of a relative may or may not be secure, depending on how the relative might use the location, and the extent to which the relative might need to know that some portion of the location is being used as a "secure" location.
We have likely heard all kinds of issues in which third-party rented security boxes might end up being accessed without permission.
There might be some ways that public locations could end up being used - remember the knot hole in the Oak tree in "To Kill A Mocking Bird"?

I don't even know which method to use... let alone say what I'm using.
Now, I'm of the opinion that the more complex it is, the more vulnerable it becomes...
Guys likely realize that it can be quite common to lock oneself out of his own coins by the level of complexity, so figuring out a balance can be difficult, including the extent to which instructions might be communicated to heirs.
By the way my own system has redundancy, yet attempts to make sure that more than one location has to be used in order to be able to put together the information, and surely putting together information gives some security yet creates complexity that might end up obfuscating the ability to sufficiently communicate to either heirs or even to adequately communicate to the owner at a later time down the road so that he does not end up locking himself out of his own coins.
Holy Bitcoin!!!!
This 4 years cycle appears to be so accurate.. or will I say too accurate..
1064 days for the ATH creation
364 days for the retracement, happens historically every time man
October Monday 5th we are expecting a real rally

I just hope this is not gonna be a pattern discovered pattern broken situation
Is it just me? or does it seem crazy-ass when guys lock into specifics and suggest that in advance bitcoin is bound to some specific pattern of price performance? Sure afterwards we can look back at historical patterns, yet I really doubt that future performance can be derived with specifics from historical bitcoin price performance patterns.
Soros, Rothschild’s, WEF backed destruction.
You will own nothing and you will be happy.
well there is
one thing i can own: a secret number that no one else knows.
7?
It's seven, right?
ok, ok so two people know it now.
crap. you know how long it took me to memorize that number.
ProTip: You better change your number as soon as possible
(like yesterday). You will thank me later.
