Moscow Exchange Will Launch Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT Trading. What Changes on December 1? Key Takeaways - Moscow Exchange crypto trading is scheduled to begin on December 1, 2026, with Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT in the initial pilot. - Retail investors will face testing requirements and annual purchase limits, while access will be routed through approved intermediaries. - The market will use central clearing and traditional exchange infrastructure rather than a 24-hour crypto-native trading model. - Liquidity, bid-ask spreads, broker participation and withdrawal rules will determine how useful the new market becomes in practice. - The launch represents a regulated opening for crypto investment in Russia rather than a full liberalization of digital-asset payments or trading. .... This gives the Moscow Exchange launch a larger purpose. Russia is not merely adding another place to buy Bitcoin. It is building a domestic system intended to replace part of the activity currently taking place through informal P2P markets, cash exchangers and foreign platforms. .... Which cryptocurrencies will be available? The initial market will support Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether’s USDT. Moscow Exchange says it may add other Russian and international digital assets later. Can ordinary Russian investors buy Bitcoin on Moscow Exchange? Non-qualified investors will be able to buy approved cryptocurrencies after passing a test. Their purchases are limited to 300,000 rubles per year through each intermediary. The bad part, is that this is to stifle P2P commerce, claiming to protect citizens from fraud, but only increase control... it also comes to my mind that Theter will be able to freeze Russian addresses, just like they do anywhere... just a thought that came to mind at the time I was reading, but the good part, that a lot of institutional money will enter the market, is December 1, suggests that the price may exceed 100k before January, behind the scenes, liquidity in the oil market... toll payments and sales of oil and oil products in BTC and or others, bitcoin, changing the steps of the world. This news can interfere with the trend by continuing it,.. August 2026> 62~80k, September> 74~87k, October> 86~76k, November> 76~~81500...and it can continue to 86k and then go to 88k, and then before turning to December, 91k, and after the beginning of December, where the institutional money will come in88~91~96, ~90 106 before turning the year... Bullish!, well I wish... but I don't predict it and so, even if it falls, selling is a risk of remaining poor. #
Look, news here today, I explain,,, Brazilians to protect their money, instead of buying bitcoin, put it for a while and made propaganda that taking the money out of Brazil and keeping it in Paraguay would be safe,... -Today the news is being, UENO bank freezes withdrawals, no one can get money out of there, protests, resignation of the president of the central bank of Paraguay... it's full of fraud... and many Brazilians have money there... hahahaha...... The bank said that in 15 days it will start releasing the withdrawals, and this president of the Central Bank of Paraguay who resigned, was president of this bank hahahaha... >be your own bank, don't believe your hard-earned money in the hands of third parties... i lost much so doing it. ##> Ueno bank Paraguayan bank ueno bank S. A. was a Paraguayan bank headquartered in Asunción. It operated primarily through digital payment platforms. On November 3, 2026, the Central Bank of Paraguay initiated resolution proceedings for ueno bank, after determining that its solvency ratio had fallen below fifty percent of the required minimum—a result of adjustments made to its financial statements during the regularization process... Continued in Wikipedia###: Paraguay: President Pena resigns amid bank crisis
Paraguay's President Santiago Pena has resigned amid a crisis over his ties to collapsed lender Ueno. Millions of customers' accounts are frozen, with public pension and health care funds also tied up.
Well, guess it's not the worst outcome, they could've tried to fight it and outlawed corn altogether. Here they're trying to create a compromise, but with that they're creating a dissonance which won't be able to stand for long. Yes it's a global valuable assets, yes banks will own it and trade it, yes you can own a paper derivative of it and have exposure to corn's price, but no we will not let you own it directly because of reasons. Think we all know the only way that dissonance will resolve itself.

Nasdaq-100: 6.4% down Bitcoin: 5.3% down
Good enough. But i also would buy lower, if the money gets on the exchange in time. New bank looks promising, but it will take a while. Also a real person to talk to, within business hours, a 20 minute drive away. Not bad, compared to authenticated phone calls, followed by the occasional survey nag call. Though no one called yet, since the SEPA-instant incidents. This way the are avoiding bad feedback.

"$1.09 billion, affecting 211,000 traders."
Think any of them will learn from this?
Lol, doubt it.
These figures are huge, but probably to these individuals their personal losses (no matter how big) may not be significant to them to cause adjustments, there for most could be nonchalant about it, but for those who's losses will be significant enough to cause them concerns, they will probably look for ways to avoid them. Except they be stubborn to their selves, Oh I grabbed me some shares of spacex.
Did same too, the flying cars made it too sexy for me to say no So will trump be hoover the beginner of the 2027's massive market crash or what ?
Bitcoin's higher price and trump were supposed to be allies, so I thought before he was president, because of his promises, how did we get from that to this.. I forgot for a moment he is a politician. Are the lawyers the true lier's? How about politicians?

There are only two cases for your posts: - Number goes down. Rich people cry, because their investment is worth less.
 - Number goes up. Poor people cry, because they didn’t have money to invest when number was down—or worse, they were forced by circumstance to spend the bottom wherefore deflationary money is arsehole torture-money for the poor.
 3. Number stays exactly the same—which, LOL, is just not gonna happen.Either way, you make people cry. Therefore, this is one of the few issues on which everyone should agree: Fuck you, arsehole.* nullius punches ChartBuddy in the face.
* ChartBuddy (+o) bans nullius from WO. I thought you had lost interest in WO after all these years. Since your return, you hadn't posted here, so I assumed you'd finally escaped this black hole. 😂 But oh boy... I was wrong! After the silence, you return to WO, and what's the first thing you do? Declare war on our beloved ChartBuddy!!! 😱 Come on, man! ChartBuddy has been faithfully reporting Bitcoin's ups and downs, Not a single complaint, not a single emotional breakdown, just pure dedication to the cause. Some times it takes wsahroom breaks on and off but that's ok😂 And if there's one thing we've learned from Bitcoin, it's this: Don't shoot the messenger. Verify the blocks, HODL your coins, and let ChartBuddy do his job! I love my superpowers. I can terminate multiple active discussions in the Wall Observer, by the nulliferous authority of my mere presence. Better lock the topic, lest henceforth, that arsehole ChartBuddy may talk to itself forever. /thread Welcome back to the WO, nullius. Once you're in WO, there's no escape! 😂

Meanwhile, relative strength is still showing, though due to how Nasdaq took the bigger hit while Bitcoin only experienced -5% For most of today's beginners-investors in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general, that 5% down is a lot and causes a lot of panic, which usually results in them selling as soon as they can, and of course for stablecoins with which they feel the safest. In the past, there have been far more brutal crash - for those who were there when the pandemic was declared, they will remember how overnight Bitcoin lost 50% in value ($10k -> $5k). When you experience and survive it, this 5% is so ridiculous that it's almost not worth mentioning.

So, I was mighty bummed, when I saw folk redoing all the Adobe apps as clean-room reproductions with AI, but they skipped Adobe Audition for audio editing. After 4 days of cooking, Claude and I got a clean-room version up-and-running that is already better than Audacity 4.0. ...and this thing is on day 4 of development. What a time to be alive. https://github.com/BobClawblaw/spectrablade

OT Well...Cybertruck is now becoming a vintage car. https://www.wired.com/story/rip-cybertruck-you-were-unloved-unwanted-and-utterly-absurd/Maybe I should buy one...or not. EDIT: I wonder if in 2-3 years Tesla would stop making cars altogether. Elon's game seems to use Tesla's cash flow after the potential merger with SPCX (to create X, I guess) to borrow money for the rapid data center buildout. In this case, they should spun it (car-producing part of TSLA) off as soon as data centers are formidable enough to give SPCX $400-500 bil in revenue (which could be "just" 10 GW of compute, quite doable by the end of 2027, if politics allows it).
