That could easily be faked. Just reserve BTC and stats go up. No selling. Later just release the loan. Very cheap way to trick others (you can also fill your offer for loan so it is more cheaper as it would cost only 15% of regular price - BFX fee).

Actually, a few months ago, there were tons of people here saying we would never see the 500's again as well. And when we were above 1000, there were tons of people here saying we would never see sub 1000 prices again. A lot of the regular posters here actually said such things.

At least a few of those people now claim we're going to 10k by Christmas.

As long as I am holding and not selling (or just buying at these prices) the "whales" are the desperate ones.  They are doing everything they can to try to pry my hands open but as I holder I am not giving my "power" away.

I perceive Bitcoin as profitable.  That is all.  It is not wrong.  The Lord gives and the Lord takes away.  If Bitcoin goes to zero tomorrow, at least I was looking for something I perceived as "profitable" and I have done nothing wrong.

Why such hate?

Doesn't GABI allow for a lot of the same things that the COIN ETF would allow for?

no

a etf means anyone who could buy some stocks at NASDAQ can buy BTC easily as much as he like. pretty big step for bitcoin.

GABI is a hedgefund that only a fraction is allowed to invest and that has high minimal orders. also GABI lets you enter or leave only once a month.

Ok. that seems to make sense.  I know Bitcoin needs an ability to be able to get cash into the system quickly and through trust-worthy avenues because it seems that the exchanges do NOT allow for such - and they control the prices.  ON the exchanges, it is easy to get in bitcoin, but people are reluctant to send their cash to the exchanges (and it is slow).
