You should provide us with more information. Linking to BitPal.trade official topic on Bitcointalk (if any) will also be nice. The forums looks like it is using MyBB engine, which is good. May I know what special things can your forums provide which other forums couldn't?

You are looking for 30 staff members and you are paying $250 to each one or $250 to staffs (it means one staff member will receive minimum $8.3???)
If $250 to only one then I'm interested and am writing you a PM right now.

there was a person here before (girlbtc) who offered 0.4 BTC per month as pay for managing a forum...
I understand now, that first of all, making money from a forum without much audience is very hard,
and you won't ever have that much money to pay your moderators.

This is not just a forum it is a platform that has a very powerful business model (so dear if you don't believe it just follow the forum for one full week and know if it is truly a real deal) |

If i remember correctly i saw this thread about a recruitment long time back and i am sure you never recruited anyone during that time and i even registered an account but when it tried to log in now i am not able to log,have you deleted every account that is registered or what.

Hello OP, I am interested in your forum job. I can do the moderation and can be as nice as I am. but I would like you to do the funds escrow first. 250$ is not a small funds. if you are really a serious business man, than why you are afraid to use Escorw?
