It's possible to use your full node as a wallet and there is nothing to be worried about but you should take the same
precautions as If you was using any other wallet and no , you don't earn anything by running a full node , you are simply helping the network and making it more secure.

Can see transactions which my node has processed?
You can see which transactions your node currently holds in memory yes. Your node will not "process" transactions in the sense of confirmations, if thats what you are thinking of.
