I have been looking at running a Full Node for Bitcoin, Primarily because I have the HD Space, Bandwidth and my PC is on 24x7.

Am I able to use my Full Node as a wallet at the same time or is this use not advised?
Is there any payment through transactions for running a Full Node?

It's possible to use your full node as a wallet and there is nothing to be worried about but you should take the same precautions as If you was using any other wallet and no , you don't earn anything by running a full node , you are simply helping the network and making it more secure.

You can see which transactions your node currently holds in memory yes. Your node will not "process" transactions in the sense of confirmations, if thats what you are thinking of.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

That is what I was thinking, After a thorough read on the bitcoin.org website I understand more about nodes, transactions and confirmations. Thank You for the clarity.
