Yeah, the bounty program is actually using the Bancor protocol and issuing real ERC20 tokens (that will be exchangeable for BANCOR tokens through a Smart Token contract post-ICO). So the bounty tokens you're holding are actually yours, not just a number on a spreadsheet that you trust will be fulfilled.

there you can create a user and join groups, each group is a different bounty with different tasks and rewards
