ICN has significantly underperformed ETH since its ICO though. You can check that here:

The ICO prices for a lot of the assets on this site are way off.
I messaged the owner about it, and he said he is working on auditing/correcting the prices.
Some of them like DGD or ANS are listed at +100% or -50% what the actual ico prices were, based on BTC and ETH prices on date ico closed.
