If you are talking about your Yobit trading account , for that you need to contact support there, they are slow at answering tickets but eventually they will answer.

If you are talking about signature campaign (which I think you don't) you can contact the manager of the campaign. I guess you are talking about the trading account though.

Yes, he is not talking about campaign. Since when yobit campaign accept a newbie rank? How can they accept another participant while their campaign already closed for new participant a long time ago ?

contacting them is the best option to unfreeze your account. My account freeze last month due to some unknown IP log in. and i panic, then i just contact to Support Ann thread and fixed it immediately,

Ok, Yolobit is a shaddy exchange. Everybody knows that, but the truth must be said...
Untill now, all the problems that I had, they were always solved in less than 48h using the support system.

So, do the same, and wait. You'll be fine

You don't have choice but to contact their support but the sad reality with it that they had a very worst support that many knows about it already.
And the best solution for it is to do this.

According to your problem and try to asking yobit bitcointalk account for directly and if you have an evidence and make your scam accusation(to aware yobit about your problem).
And the yobit will try to help you with fast response.

Haha  I'm not informed, I'm a bit slow for catching it up. And there's a lot of troll and people that this exchange is really giving an headache to a lot of traders. OP should inform us here on what happened already to his account or did he got some solutions already.

i think you violate their rules or you are using some multiple accounts to abused their system? if not well the only thing you need to do is to contact their support so you can get the proper answer regarding to your problem, and also you cannot get the exact answer right here since mostly people will speculate and thaT cannot help you for that matter.

just fair of warning yobit support sucks and it takes more time for them to get some good answer.

Please follow the rules so that any circumstances could be avoided like that account related problems, seek help immediately if encountered at earlier time for immediate fixing.

I agree. This is the most effective way and the only way to contact their support team. I doubt that you can contact directly to them just by writing on Bitcointalk or sending message by email. All you need to do is send the ticket and wait for their response
