Hello,

I am starting an exchange and am looking to consult with all of the following. I do not know many details of this process and would greatly appreciate if someone could provide some insight to the necessary steps to starting a bitcoin exchange. I believe I need the following roles at least initially.

•   Programmer that is familiar with the Bitcoin protocol
•   Programmer that is experienced with low latency systems
•   Consultant with knowledge of rules and regulations of starting an exchange.

If you know more about starting an endeavor like this please PM me your information, so we can chat. I am very interested in this and want to learn as much as possible. Thanks in advance to all of those that reply

Honestly, if you have to ask these questions, you shouldn't be trying to attempt this.
