This is not actually a "coin", this is a token for using the platform (as far as I understand), and this ICO is actually a platform crowdfunding. The term "ICO" is misleading here.
That's correct its just a way to pay a service actually, but bequote would be another way to use the token as well, it will be the system that allow users to get awarded for their corrected predictions.
Another question is - how elaborate the predictions will be? Will they be precise, or will be just like weather forecast - mostly random. Unfortunately we have no chance to know, and this makes me unsure.
There is another offer of this kind - a token called Santiment. It had Pre-ICO very recently, and reached the maximum target in about 3 hours! But those guys are more known, and they had a more clear concept regarding on what the predictions will be based of.
