The difficulty has not broken and is still 58 ,the blockchain is slow as mining has become unprofitable for miners and thus there is no incentive to mine .
What they do need to understand is that this coins are like stocks which we have developed in such a way that it can be mined easily until there is total 120 Million QUANT .

i'd say that dev's have less than 96 hours to find an exchange and get this listed (if not organised already), before the diff retarget yanks the handbrake on this chain:
