Im just here because of the withdrawal problem, its been almost 2 days now and its still pending.
No blockchain record.
dont get me wrong i love cloudbet, they are the best betting site for me.
this is the first time that the delay is too long.
im worrying, i cant sleep peacefully.

They are slowing disappearing into obscurity.
Their site is barely functioning and even their live dealer casino had lost connections to blackjack tables while all other site's are working just fine.
It has been like that for days now with nobody doing anything about it.
Their games are slowly not working and soon enough everyother game will show you an error.
So don't be surprised if one day their site will just not be there anymore.

i send them a support on there email, and they said that they will pass this on their payment team, until now i havent receive an update regarding my withdrawal.

what to do next ? i need my money.

Try contacting them via other channels as well. twitter, etc.

Might get them to move their ass. This isn't even a bit of a surprise. They're known for their crappy
support and withdrawal delays.

Why are you even still playing there. It's not like there aren't any other BETTER options.

Ahuh. That's how these things usually go. Most players ignore all the issues, complaints, and accusations made by other players.
Saying,

'I got no problems', 'didn't have any issues', and so on. So, as long it doesn't happen to them, then it'd likely be ignored and pushed off as just some losers, cheats, deliberate attack by competition, etcetera.
(Don't get me wrong as I'm not 'blaming the victim', but man, have you got no sense of self-preservation? A lick of sense? Take into account that this has happened to tons of others.)

Anyway, all you could do is to keep on it. And hope they finally work it out. Don't let up. Sorry.

The site is starting to disappear and you dont have power to prevent it.  All you can do right now is to contact thier support and keep telling that your withdrawal is still pending.

Would advice post this on the scam accusation section of this forum. Like someone said in their thread, have some Trusted member look into it if they are willing to. Also post all screenshots and emails you have from them.

Having more complaints about the site regarding withdrawal,You can post this in reputation or scam accusation and fill in the proper details and wait for their response and let the DT members handle the issue as you might not be the only person having withdrawal issues.The negative comments they have is the issue we encounter some times we try to withdraw and its not a new one as these sort of delays do happen once in a while with cloudbet.

If you are experiencing delay on your transaction with them then get their attention by posting your query on the scam accusation section. And I guess you are not the one who are experiencing some problems with them. There's already another accusation for them.
