You have to clarify or elaborate your question first. What do you mean why are we in this world? We are here because this is the birthplace of what we call life. With how you construct your question, the answer would be because this world shaped us. Everything on this world shaped what we are as e exist. Scientifically, Earth's atmosphere, soil and way of things on this planet shaped human beings. If you want an answer coming from a religious point of view, we are here because as God created this world, He wants us to be the steward of it as we live our purpose which is to glorify Him. Done. The question that plagued human mind since the birth of the world has been answered.  |

I think is is a mistake to frame that question like that, the question should be, why I am in this world? Because in my opinion there is not a one size fits all answer, you need to find why you are here, your reason to be here may be different than the reason I’m here.
